Workshopi u organizua n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Organizat\u00ebn Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar (GIZ) dhe kompanin\u00eb Hydro-Comp Enterprise (HCE), Qipro, dhe u mb\u00ebshtet nga Ministria e Infrastruktur\u00ebs dhe Energjis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e mbulimit t\u00eb lumit Danub (IAWD).<\/p>\n

Q\u00ebllimi i workshopit ishte paraqitja dhe prezantimi i projektit p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova, institucionet qeveritare, donator\u00ebt, institucionet nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb financimit q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Kosov\u00eb, si dhe aktor\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin e ujit.<\/p>\n

Workshopi vazhdoi me prezantimin e axhend\u00ebs dhe objektivave nga Znj. Arbana Kola, Menaxhere e Trajnimeve dhe Zhvillimit Profesional, SHUKALB, dhe prezantimi i secilit prej p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesve t\u00eb pranish\u00ebm nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime. \u00a0Agjenda p\u00ebrfshiu tema n\u00eb lidhje me prezantimin e Projektit si: “P\u00ebrgjigjet e pyet\u00ebsor\u00ebve dhe vler\u00ebsimi fillestar i Shoq\u00ebrive UK – rezultatet nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova”; “V\u00ebshtrim i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm n\u00eb 4 vende – Rezultatet e arritura”; \u201cP\u00ebrshkrimi i programit – Parimet e rrjetit t\u00eb Menaxhimit t\u00eb Aseteve dhe demonstrimi” dhe “Plani i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i projektit 3-vje\u00e7ar dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pal\u00ebve gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb par\u00eb”.<\/p>\n

Pas prezantimit t\u00eb temave t\u00eb Projekteve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u angazhuan n\u00eb nj\u00eb sesion me pyetje dhe p\u00ebrgjigje n\u00eb lidhje me specifikat dhe detajet e Projektit. \u00a0N\u00eb fund pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u njoh\u00ebn me hapat e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb Projektit.<\/p>\n

On 26th<\/sup> February, at Rogner Hotel Tirana, SHUKALB organized the kick-off workshop on launching the Asset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South East Europe\u201d Project for water utilities in Albania and Kosovo.<\/p>\n

The workshop was jointly organized with the Deutsche Gesellchaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), and Hydro-Comp Enterprise (HCE), Cyprus, and it was supported by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy in Albania, and the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).<\/p>\n

The aim of the workshop was to introduce and present the project to the participating water utility companies from Albania and Kosovo, government institutions, donors, international financing institutions operating in Albania and Kosovo, as well as other stakeholders involved in the water sector.<\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by representatives from the Water Utility Companies from Albania and Kosova, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania, GIZ, Albanian Water Regulatory Authority (ERRU), German Development Bank (KfW), European Union, World Bank, IAWD, Hydro-Comp Enterprise, Compower GmbH Germany, International Finance Institutions (IFIs), as well as SHUKALB and SHUKOS.<\/p>\n

The workshop started with the welcome speeches by Mr. Petrit Tare, President of SHUKALB; Mr. Muhamed Suliqi, President of SHUKOS; Mr. Peter Wolf, Sector Fund Manager, GIZ ORF MMS; Dr. Gabriele Lames, Program Manager, GIZ; Mr. Philip Weller, Head of Technical Secretariat, IAWD and Dr. Petros Kolovopoulos, Executive Manager, HCE, as well as the congratulatory addresses from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania, by Mrs. Lindita Sotiri, Director, Program Development Directorate on Water Supply, Sewerage, and Waste Infrastructure.<\/p>\n

The workshop continued with the presentation of the agenda and the objectives by Ms. Arbana Kola, Manager of Training and Professional Development, SHUKALB, and the introduction of each of the present representatives from water utilities. \u00a0The agenda included topics related to the introduction of the Project such as, \u201cQuestionnaire Response & Initial Utility Assessment \u2013 Results from Albania and Kosovo\u201d; \u201cOverall Review in 4 countries\u2013 Results Achieved\u201d; Program Description- Network Asset Management Principles & Live Demonstration\u201d and \u201cOverall 3-year Project Plan & responsibilities for all parties during year 1\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

After the presentation of the Projects topics, the participants were engaged to a questions and answer session regarding the specifics and details of the Project.\u00a0 At the end the participants were introduced to the next steps of the Project.<\/p>\n
