Kursi i trajnimit “Kampionimi dhe procedurat laboratorike p\u00ebr ujin e pijsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb ndotur<\/em> ” \u00ebsht\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb zhvillohet m\u00eb 21 mars, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. \u00a0Njohja e procedurave laboratorike si dhe zbatimi i duhur i tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb domosdoshm\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime. First training is \u201cSampling and Laboratory Procedures for Water and Wastewater\u201d and will be followed by the second training on \u201cCustomer Service and Public Relations\u201d.<\/p>\n

The \u201cSampling and Laboratory Procedures for Water and Wastewater\u201d<\/em> training course is planned to be delivered on 21 March, in Tirana.\u00a0 Knowledge of laboratory procedures and their proper implementation is a necessity for all water supply and sewerage companies.\u00a0 Sampling and laboratory analysis are representative of the entire water supply and sewerage system in regard of water quality and customer safety.<\/p>\n

The training course will introduce participants to the laboratory procedures, the necessary equipment to carry them out, and sampling procedures, and will show the appropriate steps for conducting relevant lab tests. The training will be a combination of lecturing with practice and demonstration of the laboratory equipment and analysis at Bovilla Water Treatment Plant.<\/p>\n

This course is designed for water supply and sewerage professionals and is particularly useful for the staff of drinking and wastewater analysis laboratories.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>The \u201c<\/em>Customer Service and Public Relations<\/em>\u201d<\/em> training course will be delivered on 08-09 April, in Tirana.\u00a0 Customer service is one of the key functions of any water supply and sewerage company. This training course emphasizes the role of customer service and public relations in the success of water supply and sewerage company.\u00a0 The training course will address issues related to customer service principles, impact of organization and service personnel on the company\u2019s commercial performance, client database management, customer impressions and complaints, management of meter reading, billing and collection.<\/p>\n

This course is valuable for the customer service managers, operators and specialists, press and public relations specialists, specialists and managers of the metering and reading service sectors.<\/p>\n
