T\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb projekt jan\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Sarand\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, C\u00ebrrik, Kavaj\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, Himar\u00eb, Vlor\u00eb, Peqin, Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, P\u00ebrmet, Elbasan, Gramsh nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe tre Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi Rajonal t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs, Mitrovic\u00ebs dhe Gjilanit nga Kosova.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebto trajnime ishin hapi i par\u00eb n\u00eb zbatimin e faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb projektit, i cili do t\u00eb zgjas\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb prej 11 muajsh, deri n\u00eb janar 2020. Faza e dyt\u00eb dhe e tret\u00eb e projektit do t\u00eb fokusohen m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb Menaxhimin e Mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe tema t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme si Menaxhimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave komerciale, Menaxhimi i Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Ujit, Menaxhimi i shp\u00ebrndarjes dhe ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura, ose Planifikimi i Rehabilitimit \/ Mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe Planifikimi i Infrastruktur\u00ebs. Si pjes\u00eb e k\u00ebtij projekti, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse do t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb p\u00ebrpilojn\u00eb inventarin e tyre t\u00eb aseteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb standardizuar, duke p\u00ebrdorur programin EDAMS. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi, ata do t\u00eb marrin trajnim n\u00eb klas\u00eb, si dhe mb\u00ebshtetje t\u00eb vazhdueshme teknike nga qendra HUB (SHUKALB ose SHUKOS).<\/p>\n

SHUKALB and SHUKOS conducted the first Train of Trainers for their staff and the first Training of Users for the Water Utilities staff in the framework of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services for Water Utilities\u201d Project, both held on 26 \u2013 29 March 2019, at Hotel Mondial, in Tirana.
\nThe trainings were delivered from Hydro-comp Enterprise and were focused on the Basic Network Data Management System Methodology, using the EDAMS Software.
\nBesides the representatives from the Albanian and Kosova water utilities participating in the Project, SHUKALB and SHUKOS, the second training was attended as well by representatives from the respective National Water Regulators from Albania and Kosova and GIZ ORF.<\/p>\n

Registered in the Project are the water supply and sewerage companies of Saranda, Shkodra, Cerrik, Kavaja, Durres, Himara, Vlora, Peqin, Berat, Permet, Elbasan, Gramsh from Albania, and three Regional Water Companies of Prishtina, Mitrovica and Gjilan from Kosova.<\/p>\n

These trainings were the first step in the implementation of the first phase of the project, which will last for a period of 11 month, till January 2020. The second and third phase of the project will focus more on Maintenance Management and other important topics such as Commercial Data Management, Water Quality Management, Distribution\/NRW Management, or Rehabilitation\/Maintenance Planning and Infrastructure Planning. As part of this project, the participating utilities will be able to compile their asset inventory in a standardised way, using the EDAMS software. During this process, they will receive classroom training as well as continuous technical support by the HUB centre (SHUKALB or SHUKOS).<\/p>\n
