M\u00eb 25-26 prill 2019, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses kursin e trajnimit “Sh\u00ebrbimi i Klientit dhe Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet me Publikun”.\u00a0 Kjo ishte hera e par\u00eb q\u00eb ky kurs trajnimi zhvillohet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit t\u00eb P\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt t\u00eb Trajnimit.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u ndoq nga stafi i shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Gramsh dhe Cerrik, dhe u drejtua nga trajner\u00ebt Altin Hazizaj, Konsulent i pavarur dhe Daniela Gega, Konsulente, Valu Add Management Services.<\/p>\n

N\u00ebn drejtimin e trajner\u00ebve, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u prezantuan me temat e menaxhimit t\u00eb leximit t\u00eb mat\u00ebsave, faturimit dhe ark\u00ebtimit, parimet e sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb klientit, ndikimin e organizimit dhe personelit t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit t\u00eb klientit n\u00eb performanc\u00ebn tregtare t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, manaxhimin e baz\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb klientit, manaxhimin e p\u00ebrshtypjeve dhe ankesave t\u00eb klientit etj.<\/p>\n

On 25-26 April 2019, in Tirana, SHUKALB delivered successfully the \u201cCustomer Service and Public Relations\u201d Training Course.\u00a0 It was the first time for this training course to be delivered in the framework of the Joint Training Program.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by the staff of water supply and sewerage utilities of Shkodra, Lezha, Gramsh and Cerrik, and it was delivered by the trainers Altin Hazizaj, Freelance Consultant and Daniela Gega, Consultant, Valu Add Management Services.<\/p>\n

Under the trainers\u2019 guidance, the participants were introduced to topics related to meter reading management, billing and collection management, customer service principles, the impact of customer service practices in the commercial performance of the utilities, customer database management, customer feedback and complaints management etc.<\/p>\n

Moreover, the participants were engaged in discussing on the different factors that affect the customer satisfaction within their respective water utility, and they drafted also communication strategies based on the citizen\u2019s needs.<\/p>\n

In addition, the participants were engaged in several role playing exercises, to simulate situations between unsatisfied customers and the staff of the water utility during the processing of contract agreements, complaints, as well as the developing of action plans related to communication and public outreach in droughts situations and the celebration of World Water Day.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
