Q\u00ebllimi i workshopit ishte prezantimi i rezultateve t\u00eb nj\u00eb vler\u00ebsimi t\u00eb ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb si dhe Planin e Veprimit afatshkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb detajuar p\u00ebr reduktimin e ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura; rritja e nd\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsimit mbi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e furnizimit me uj\u00eb pa nd\u00ebrprerje, arritjen e niveleve t\u00eb reduktuara t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb pa t\u00eb ardhurave dhe mbi sfidat aktuale n\u00eb funksionalizimin e planit t\u00eb veprimit afatshkurt\u00ebr; dhe diskutimi i zgjidhjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcyer problemet e mundshme n\u00eb zbatimin e planit t\u00eb veprimit.<\/p>\n

Workshopi pati nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb nga drejtues dhe menaxher\u00eb t\u00eb shum\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, MIE, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjeve (AKUM), Enti Rregullator i Ujit dhe aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb ndrysh\u00ebm t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit.\u00a0 SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb workshop nga Kryetari, Petrit Tare, i cili mori pjes\u00eb n\u00eb panelin e diskutimit me tem\u00eb \u201cUji pa t\u00eb Ardhura dhe Furnizimi i Ujit me nd\u00ebrprerje, Sfidat e s\u00eb Ardhmes p\u00ebr Reduktimin e Ujit pa t\u00eb Ardhura\u201d<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Nga diskutimet e zhvilluara gjat\u00eb workshopit me nj\u00eb num\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsish, ishte e qart\u00eb se shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime do t\u00eb ken\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetje teknike n\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimin e planit t\u00eb veprimit n\u00eb paketa pune t\u00eb ekzekutueshme. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebsaj, nj\u00eb num\u00ebr i shoq\u00ebrive UK kan\u00eb identifikuar si nj\u00eb nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb domosdoshme p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen n\u00eb disa prej veprimeve, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb blerja e mat\u00ebsve t\u00eb ujit kryesor\u00eb dhe t\u00eb konsumator\u00ebve, si dhe trajnimi dhe ngritja e kapaciteteve t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive p\u00ebr t’iu p\u00ebrgjigjur k\u00ebrkesave t\u00eb planit t\u00eb veprimit afatshkurt\u00ebr.[:en]

On 17 April 2019, in Tirana, the USAID\u2019s Planning and Local Governance Project (PLGP) in coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania (MIE) organized the National Workshop on Non-Revenue Water in Albania.<\/p>\n

The objectives of the workshop were to present the results of a Non-Revenue Water Assessment for Albania as well as the detailed short-term Action Plan to reduce Non-Revenue Water; raise awareness on the importance of intermittent water supply in achieving reduced levels of non-revenue water and on the current challenges in operationalizing the short-term action plan; and discuss solutions to overcome possible action plan implementation problems.<\/p>\n

The workshop was highly attended by the management level representatives of many water utilities, MIE, National Water Supply-Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM), Albanian Water Regulatory Authority and different water sector stakeholders. \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the workshop by its President, Petrit Tare, in the same time General Director of Korca Water Supply and Sewerage Company, who participated at the panel discussion titled \u201cNon-Revenue Water and Intermittent Water Supply, Prospects and Challenges in Non-Revenue Water Reduction\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

From the participants\u2019 discussions during the workshop, it was evident that the water utilities will need technical support in translating the action plan into executable packages of work. \u00a0In addition a number of utilities have identified as a crucial need the support in executing some of the actions, such as purchase of bulk and customer water meters as well as training and capacity building of the utility staff in order to respond to the requirements of the short-term action plan.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
