Me dat\u00eb 13 Maj 2019, n\u00eb ambjentet e Fakultetit t\u00eb Inxhinieris\u00eb s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit (FIN), Tiran\u00eb, u zhvillua ligj\u00ebrata e hapur shkencore me tem\u00eb \u201cDrejt furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt, cil\u00ebsor, me presion dhe 24×7 – Sfida e Prishtin\u00ebs Dje, Sot dhe Nes\u00ebr\u201d, nga Ing. Ilir Abdullahu, Kryeshef Ekzekutiv, Kompania Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsi Rajonal Prishtin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ligj\u00ebrata u zhvillua me ftes\u00eb t\u00eb Dekanit t\u00eb FIN, Prof. Neritan Shkodrani, dhe Departamentit t\u00eb Hidroteknik\u00ebs dhe Hidraulik\u00ebs dhe Departamentit t\u00eb Inxhinierise s\u00eb Mjedisit, dhe u organizua dhe bashk\u00ebmoderua nga Profesoresh\u00eb Enkelejda Gjinali dhe Profesor Alket Kumaraku.<\/p>\n

Kjo ligj\u00ebrat\u00eb e hapur vjen ne nj\u00eb koh\u00eb kur Shqip\u00ebria po promovon nj\u00eb vizion ambicioz dhe serioz n\u00eb lidhje me Menaxhimin e Integruar t\u00eb Burimeve Ujore, s\u00eb bashku me ambicien p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur furnizimin me uj\u00eb p\u00ebr 24 or\u00eb p\u00ebr 7 dit\u00eb t\u00eb jav\u00ebs p\u00ebr 60 qendrat urbane n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Prandaj, dhe eksperienca q\u00eb Ing. Abdullahu ndau me t\u00eb pranishmit, ka vler\u00eb t\u00eb madhe jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb aspektin akademik dhe t\u00eb nxitjes s\u00eb k\u00ebrkimit shkencor, por nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe mbi menaxhimin praktik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ligj\u00ebrat\u00eb mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb aktive p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga SHUKALB, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjeve (AKUM), Enti Rregullator i Ujit, shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, kompani private, profesor\u00eb t\u00eb FIN, student\u00eb t\u00eb nivelit Master nga Departamenti i Hidroteknik\u00ebs dhe Hidraulik\u00ebs dhe Departamenti i Inxhinierise s\u00eb Mjedisit.<\/p>\n

Ing. Abdullahu paraqiti nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb teknike dhe shkencore t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs e cila nisi me menaxhimin e burimeve ujore p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe ato nd\u00ebrkufitare, e ndjekur nga Impiantet e trajtimit t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm, linjat e transmetimit kryesor, rezervuar\u00ebt, nj\u00ebsit\u00eb e klorinimit, rrjetin shp\u00ebrndar\u00ebs t\u00eb ndar\u00eb n\u00eb zona presioni, DMA-t\u00eb, mat\u00ebsit zonal t\u00eb presionit, pikat e lidhjes s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit, mat\u00ebsat inteligjent t\u00eb instaluar tek konsumatori.<\/p>\n

Prezantimi u fokusua n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb specifike n\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura.\u00a0 Si pjes\u00eb e hulumtimit t\u00eb tij mbi trajtimin e ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura, Ing. Abdullahu paraqiti pun\u00ebn q\u00eb Kompania e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit Rajonal te Prishtin\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me instalimin e DMA-ve dhe mat\u00ebsve t\u00eb presionit t\u00eb ndjekur nga nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb korelative t\u00eb sjelljes s\u00eb t\u00eb dyjave. \u00a0\u00a0P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, Ing. Abdullahu theksoi r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e madhe t\u00eb modelimit dhe rimodelimit hidraulik nj\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb 20 vjet, rezultatet e t\u00eb cilit kan\u00eb ndihmuar Kompanin\u00eb Rajonale t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs n\u00eb menaxhimin hidraulik t\u00eb sistemeve t\u00eb saj t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Takimi vazhdoi me nj\u00eb sesison shum\u00eb angazhues pyetjesh dhe p\u00ebrgjigjesh nga audienca. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb fjalimit t\u00eb tij, Ing. Abdullahu ftoi student\u00ebt t\u00eb vizitojn\u00eb Kompanin\u00eb Rajonale t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb shohin nga af\u00ebr operimin e kompanis\u00eb dhe pun\u00ebn e b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr t’u p\u00ebrballur me sfid\u00ebn e ujit pa t\u00eb ardhura.<\/p>\n

On 13 May 2019, at the premises of the Faculty of Civil Engineering (FIN), Tirana, it was held the open scientific lecture titled “Towards Safe, Quality, Pressure and 24×7 Water Supply – Prishtina Challenge Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow”, presented by Eng. Ilir Abdullahu, Chief Executive Officer, Prishtina Regional Water Company.<\/p>\n

The lecture was held by invitation of the Dean of FIN, Prof. Neritan Shkodrani, the Department of Hydrotechnics and Hydraulics, and the Department of Environmental Engineering, and was co-moderated by Professor Enkelejda Gjinali and Professor Alket Kumaraku.<\/p>\n

This open lecture comes at a time when Albania is promoting an ambitious and important vision regarding the Integrated Water Resource Management, along with the ambitious objective of achieving a 24 hours water supply service for 7 days a week for 60 urban centers all over Albania. \u00a0Therefore, the experience shared by Eng. Abdullahu has a great value not only in the academic aspect and in stimulating scientific research, but at the same time on the practical management of water utilities.<\/p>\n

The lecture was attended by representatives from SHUKALB, the National Water Supply-Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM), the Water Regulatory Authority, water supply and sewerage companies, private companies, FIN professors, Master level students from the Department of Hydrotechnics and Hydraulics and the Department of Environmental Engineering.<\/p>\n

Eng. Abdullahu presented a full technical and scientific overview of the water supply of Prishtina that started with the management of water resources including the transboundary ones, followed by drinking water treatment plants, main transmission lines, reservoirs, chlorination units, distribution network divided in pressure areas, DMAs, service connection points, intelligent meters installed at the customer.<\/p>\n

The presentation focused specifically on the non-revenue water issue. As part of his research on tackling non-revenue water, Eng. Abdullahu presented the work that Prishtina Regional Water Company has done with the installation of DMAs and pressure meters followed by a correlation analysis on their behavior.\u00a0 Furthermore, Eng. Abdullahu highlighted the great importance of hydraulic modeling and remodeling once every 20 years, the results of which have helped Prishtina Regional Water Company in the hydraulic management of its water supply systems.<\/p>\n

The meeting continued with a very engaging session of questions and answers from the audience.\u00a0 At the end of his talk, Eng. Abdullahu invited the students to visit Prishtina Regional Water Company, and to see from close the operations of the Company, and the work done to face the challenge of non-revenue water.<\/p>\n
