Projekti Rrjeti Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve (RCDN) organizoi m\u00eb 3 – 4 korrik 2019, trajnimin e 2-t\u00eb mbi Monitorimin dhe Vler\u00ebsimin (M&V) p\u00ebr personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Ekipit Zbatues t\u00eb Projektit (PIT). \u00a0RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), me financimin e Qeverive t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme, me 16 shoqata t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim forcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kapaciteteve t\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve p\u00ebr planifikimin operacional t\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb, monitorimin dhe vler\u00ebsimin dhe raportimin. \u00a0Temat kryesore t\u00eb trajnimit ishin, bazat e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Bazuar n\u00eb Rezultate, element\u00ebt, specifikat dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i M&V, zhvillimi i planeve dhe sfidave t\u00eb pun\u00ebs, si dhe aspektet kryesore dhe m\u00ebsimet e p\u00ebrvet\u00ebsuara n\u00eb planifikimin operacional. \u00a0Sesionet e grupeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs mund\u00ebsuan aplikimin praktik t\u00eb njohurive t\u00eb marra dhe reflektim mbi sfidat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta dhe zgjidhjet e mundshme.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u ndoq nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit e Shoqatave t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore dhe Shoqatave Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs, Malit t\u00eb Zi, Serbis\u00eb dhe Bosnje-Hercegovin\u00ebs. SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb trajnim nga Jonida Ahmeti, Menaxhere e Trajnimeve.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu, personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e Ekipit Zbatues t\u00eb Projektit zhvilluan nj\u00eb takim t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar sfidat aktuale n\u00eb dh\u00ebnien, promovimin dhe shitjen e produkteve t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve dhe ran\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn q\u00eb do t\u00eb ndiqet n\u00eb vazhdim.<\/p>\n

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) Project organized on 3 – 4 July 2019, the 2nd<\/sup> Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) training for Focal Points and representatives of Project Implementation Team. \u00a0RCDN is a project being implemented by the GIZ-Open Regional Fund (ORF), and financed by the Swiss and German Governments, and aims at establishing a self-sustaining Regional Capacity Development Network, with 16 local government and water associations in the region.<\/p>\n

The objective of the training was to further enhance capacities of participants for RCDN operational planning, M&E and reporting. \u00a0The main training topics were, essentials of Result-Based Management, elements, specifics and use of M&E, development of work plans and challenges and key aspects and lessons learnt in operational planning. Work group sessions enabled practical application of acquired knowledge and reflection on the common challenges and potential solutions.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by participants from the Local Government Associations (LGAs) and Associations of Public Utility Companies (APUCs) of Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the training by Jonida Ahmeti, Manager of Training.<\/p>\n

Also, the Focal Points (FP) and Project Implementation Team (PIT) had a joint meeting to discuss current challenges in the delivery, promotion and selling of CD products and agreed on the way forward.<\/p>\n
