Projekti \u201cMenaxhimi i Aseteve n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb\u201d, i implementuar nga SHUKALB, \u00ebsht\u00eb duke b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb progres t\u00eb mir\u00eb gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb implementimit.\u00a0 Ky projekt, i cili nisi n\u00eb muajin mars t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti, ofrohet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit \u201cSh\u00ebrbime K\u00ebshillimore p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Aseteve n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindor\u201d, i cili zbatohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb partneriteti midis Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH – GIZ, Kompanis\u00eb Hydro-Comp n\u00eb Qipro, dhe Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Mbulimit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD).<\/p>\n

Ky Program \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-Leap), nj\u00eb nism\u00eb rajonale, e integruar dhe e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb shoqatave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe IAWD.<\/p>\n

Disa nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjelles Kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse n\u00eb Projekt, si Elbasan, Gramsh, Durr\u00ebs, Vlor\u00eb, C\u00ebrrik, Sarand\u00eb, Kavaj\u00eb, P\u00ebrmet, Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb dhe Peqin, kan\u00eb tashm\u00eb nj\u00eb llogari t\u00eb hapur n\u00eb programin EDAMS dhe kan\u00eb filluar me regjistrimin e aseteve. \u00a0Parallel me k\u00ebt\u00eb skuadra e Projektit nga SHUKALB zhvilluan vizita n\u00eb terrren n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrite UK pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse dhe duke mb\u00ebshtetur n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdueshme n\u00eb grumbullimin dhe krijimin e regjistrave t\u00eb aseteve.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb datave 2 deri 4 tetor 2019, SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS planifikojn\u00eb t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb kursin e trajnimit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb avancuar n\u00eb GIS\/ Menaxhimi t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb Rrjetit.\u00a0 Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb trajnim do t\u00eb jen\u00eb p\u00ebrdoruesit e Shoq\u00ebrive UK t\u00eb regjistruar nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova.<\/p>\n

The “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d Project, implemented by SHUKALB, is making good progress on its first phase.\u00a0 The Project, which started in March of this year, is being offered in the framework of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe\u201d Program, through a partnership between Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd. Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).<\/p>\n

The program is part of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-Leap), a regional, integrated and sustainable capacity building initiative of national water utility associations and IAWD.<\/p>\n

Some of the participating water supply and sewerage companies, such as Elbasan, Gramsh, Durres, Vlora, Cerrik, Saranda, Kavaja , Berat-Kucova and Peqin have already opened an account in the EDAMS program and have started registering their assets.\u00a0 Parallel with this, the Project team at SHUKALB has conducted field visits at the participating water utilities and provided also support with data collection process and establishing asset registers.<\/p>\n

On 2 to 4 October 2019, SHUKALB and SHUKOS are planning to organize the second advanced training course on GIS\/ Network Data Management in the framework of the Project. \u00a0Participant in these training will be the users of the participating Water Utilities from Albania and Kosovo.<\/p>\n

From the participating water utilities perspective, this is what some of them had to say about their engagement with the Project so far:<\/p>\n

Ms. Mirela Hasanbashaj, Head of GIS Sector, Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company <\/strong>– \u201cThe use of EDAMS software will enable our Utility to register its assets on a single platform. \u00a0Employees of the Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company will be able to access any necessary information, both technically and financially\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n

Ms. Rovena Halili, Head of Statistics and Projects, Elbasan <\/strong>Water Supply and Sewerage Company <\/strong>– \u201cElbasan Water Supply and Sewerage Company considers the Asset Management program as a tool for accurately identifying the status of assets of the water supply and sewerage network. \u00a0Through this program, the Company aims to better manage the networks by planning repairs, investments and capital asset replacements. \u00a0The combination of technical and financial data at a more advanced stage is the goal of our Company”.<\/em><\/p>\n
