SHUKALB and SHUKOS organized the 3rd Workshop of the Joint Benchmarking HUB for Kosova and Albania for the year 2019, on 13 September, at the premises of Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Shkodra WSSC).\u00a0 The workshop was attended by the coordinators of the Regional Water Companies from Kosova and the Water Supply and Sewerage Companies from Albania who are participating in the Benchmarking Program.<\/p>\n

The workshop was opened by Nadire Vitija, Benchmarking HUB Coordinator of the Program and by the welcome remarks of Valbona Paja, Responsible for Planning and Reporting at Shkodra WSSC, as the host of the event.\u00a0 SHUKALB was represented at the workshop by Alban Kushi, Manager of Member Services and Administration.<\/p>\n

The purpose of the workshop was to present the work done so far by each of the participating utilities, in this 5th<\/sup> phase of the Program, and to share the challenges encountered by the coordinators during the data entry in the platform.\u00a0 All coordinators shared their experience during this phase and helped each other in solving common issues they had faced.<\/p>\n

Valbona Paja presented all her experience regarding the data entry in the Excel file based on real figures of Shkodra WSSC, and facilitated an interactive discussion with the other coordinators.\u00a0 At the end, she led the participants into a visit of Shkodra WSSC premises and introduced them to the management staff of the Company.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
