Projekti Rrjeti Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve (RCDN) organizoi n\u00eb 10-12 Shtator 2019, n\u00eb Biha\u0107, Bosnje dhe Hercegovin\u00eb, Trajnimin specifik t\u00eb Trajner\u00ebve (ToT) mbi “Prezantimin e Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kompetenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Menaxhimit t\u00eb Aseteve”. \u00a0Moduli i ToT-s\u00eb u zhvillua nga Aquasan Network dhe u dha nga ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb Una Consulting, Biha\u0107, Bosnje dhe Hercegovin\u00eb.<\/p>\n

RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), me financimin e Qeverive t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme, me 16 shoqata t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim forcimin e aft\u00ebsive t\u00eb trajner\u00ebve nga shoqatat partnere p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur dhe ofruar trajnime mbi “Prezantimin e Menaxhimit t\u00eb Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve” n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e Standardeve t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb RCDN-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u ndoq nga nj\u00ebzet pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs nga Shoqatat partnere t\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebs, Serbis\u00eb dhe Bosnj\u00ebs dhe Hercegovin\u00ebs. \u00a0SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb trajnimin nga ekipi i saj i Projektit ” Menaxhimi i Aseteve n\u00eb Shoqerit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb”, ku p\u00ebrfshiheshin Fran Marku, Inxhinier Terreni; Besjon Ndreu, Inxhinier i Sistemit EDAMS dhe Belina Belortaja, Konsulente e Analiz\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb GIS.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi tre ditor mbuloi aspektet kryesore t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb integruar t\u00eb aseteve n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb aspektet ligjore, institucionale, teknike dhe financiare. \u00a0Si rezultat i trajnimit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin dhe ofrojn\u00eb trajnime p\u00ebr menaxhimin e aseteve p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e bashkive dhe stafit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizme n\u00eb vendin e tyre.<\/p>\n

The Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) Project organized on 10-12 September 2019, in Biha\u0107, Bosnia and Herzegovina, the specific Training of Trainers (ToT) on \u201cIntroduction of Integrated Asset Management Competence Development\u201d. The ToT module was developed by Aquasan Network and was delivered by experts from Una Consulting, Biha\u0107, Bosnia and Herzegovina.<\/p>\n

RCDN is a project being implemented by GIZ-Open Regional Fund (ORF), and financed by the Swiss and German Governments, and aims at establishing a self-sustaining Regional Capacity Development Network, with 16 local governments and water associations in the region.<\/p>\n

The objective of the training was to strengthen the capacity of trainers from partner associations to prepare and deliver training on \u201cIntroduction to Integrated Asset Management\u201d in line with the requirements of the RCDN Quality Standards.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by twenty participants from the partner Associations of Public Utility Companies (APUCs) of Albania, Kosovo, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. \u00a0SHUKALB was represented at the training by its team of “Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d Project, that included Fran Marku, Field Engineer; Besjon Ndreu, EDAMS System Engineer and Belina Belortaja, GIS Data Analysis Consultant.<\/p>\n

The three day training covered the key aspects of integrated asset management in water utilities to include legal, institutional, technical and financial aspects. As an outcome of the training, the participants will prepare and deliver training on asset management for the representatives of their national municipalities and water utilities staff.<\/p>\n
