M\u00eb 19-20 Shtator 2019, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses kursin e trajnimit “Menaxhimi”.\u00a0 N\u00eb trajnim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb menaxher\u00ebt e lart\u00eb t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Gramsh, Berat-Ku\u00e7ov\u00eb, Gjirokast\u00ebr dhe Poli\u00e7an dhe ajo u drejtua nga traineri Arian Gjorga, Konsulent dhe Ekspert n\u00eb Menaxhim. \u00a0N\u00ebn drejtimin e trajnerit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u njoh\u00ebn me tema si Procesi i Menaxhimit, Komunikimi, Planifikimi dhe Organizimi, M\u00ebnyrat e Menaxhimit, Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet Njer\u00ebzore, Kultura Organizative, Zgjidhja e Problemeve, Marrja e Vendimeve dhe Menaxhimi Financiar.<\/p>\n

On 19-20 September 2019, in Tirana, SHUKALB delivered successfully the \u201cManagement\u201d training course. \u00a0The training was attended by the senior managers of Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Shkodra, Lezha, Gramsh, Berat-Kucova, Gjirokaster and Polican and it was delivered by the trainer Arian Gjorga, Consultant and Expert in Management.\u00a0 Under the trainers\u2019 guidance, the participants were introduced to the topics of Management Processes, Communication, Planning and Organizing, Management Styles, Human Relations, Organizational Culture, Problem Solving, Decision Making and Financial Management.<\/p>\n

Besides the presentations on the key management principles the participants were actively engaged in discussions, group work by analyzing different case studies and interactive exercises upon the instruments provided by the training course. Moreover, the managers shared their best and challenging experiences, providing this way a peer learning experience.<\/p>\n

The feedback received at the end of the training was very positive. \u00a0All the managers emphasized the value of this training course in their day-to-day responsibilities as managers in improving the performance of the utility they manage, and providing better quality services to consumers.<\/p>\n
