Fal\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjeve t\u00eb vazhdueshme p\u00ebrmes Grant Projekteve kryesore, sot SHUKALB ka nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb t\u00eb pasur dhe t\u00eb larmishme t\u00eb produkteve p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb 46 kurse trajnimi n\u00eb pron\u00ebsi t\u00eb SHUKALB duke filluar nga menaxhimi tek operimi dhe mir\u00ebmbajtja, duke mbuluar si temat p\u00ebr ujin ashtu dhe uj\u00ebrat e ndotura. \u00a0P\u00ebrve\u00e7 k\u00ebtyre kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit, SHUKALB planifikon t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb tre programe D-LeaP n\u00eb vitin 2020, konkretisht, programin e Krahasimit t\u00eb Standardizuar (Benchmarking), Menaxhimin e Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve (i ofruar n\u00eb partneritet midis midis Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH \u2013 GIZ, Kompanis\u00eb Hydro-Comp n\u00eb Qipro, dhe Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Mbulimit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD)), dhe Efi\u00e7enca e Energjis\u00eb n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK.\u00a0 P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, SHUKALB planifikon t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb tre trajnime n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Rrjetit Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve (RCDN) p\u00ebr Sh\u00ebrbimet e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Jug-Lindore.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB ka p\u00ebrgatitur dhe shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb Anketimin e tij vjetor p\u00ebr Nevojat p\u00ebr Trajnime tek t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb identifikoj\u00eb dhe analizoj\u00eb nevojat p\u00ebr trajnime t\u00eb stafit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK dhe bazuar n\u00eb interesin dhe reagimet e shprehura, SHUKALB do t\u00eb planifikoj\u00eb nj\u00eb program trajnimi t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatur, i cili targeton dhe mbulon t\u00eb gjitha fushat funksionale t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. \u00a0SHUKALB do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatis\u00eb Kalendarin e Trajnimeve dhe Programeve p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr vitin 2020, t\u00eb cilat do t\u00eb publikohen n\u00eb edicionin e ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb BURIMI-t, n\u00eb shkurt 2020, dhe gjithmon\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb i disponuesh\u00ebm dhe i p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar n\u00eb faqen e internetit t\u00eb SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

As the water supply and sewerage managers in Albania have already started their planning for the year 2020, it is the right time for them to plan their Training Budget for capacity development of their staff. \u00a0During 2019, SHUKALB has successfully delivered 7 (seven) training courses and 2 (two) D-LeaP Capacity Development Programs participating over 20 Water Utilities in Albania.<\/p>\n

Thanks to its continuing efforts under major Grant Projects, today SHUKALB has a rich and diversified offer of capacity development products, including 46 training courses developed and owned by SHUKALB ranging from management to operation and maintenance both covering water and wastewater topics. In addition to these training courses, SHUKALB plans to deliver three D-LeaP programs in 2020, specifically, Utility Benchmarking, Integrated Asset Management (offered in partnership between Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd. Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD), and Energy Efficiency in Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities. \u00a0In addition, SHUKALB plans to deliver three trainings in the framework of Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation in South East Europe Project.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB has prepared and distributed its annual Training Needs Survey to all water utilities in order to identify and analyze Utilities staff training needs and based on the expressed interest and feedback, SHUKALB will plan accordingly a tailored training program which targets and benefits all functional areas of water utilities in Albania. \u00a0SHUKALB will be preparing the Trainings and Capacity Development Programs\u2019 Calendar for 2020 which will be published in the next BURIMI edition, in February 2020, and will always be available and updated on the SHUKALB\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
