Projekti “Menaxhimi i Aseteve n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb” i implementuar nga SHUKALB \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb tij, e cila synon pajisjen me nj\u00eb regjist\u00ebr t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb asseteve p\u00ebr \u00e7do shoq\u00ebri uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse. \u00a0Projekti ka filloi n\u00eb Mars 2019 dhe ofrohet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit \u201cSh\u00ebrbime K\u00ebshillimore p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Aseteve n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindor\u201d, i cili zbatohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb partneriteti midis Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH \u2013 GIZ, Kompanis\u00eb Hydro-Comp n\u00eb Qipro, dhe Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Mbulimit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD). \u00a0Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-Leap), nj\u00eb nism\u00eb rajonale, e integruar dhe e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb shoqatave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe IAWD.<\/p>\n

Aktivitetet e Projektit gjat\u00eb tremujorit t\u00eb fundit jan\u00eb p\u00ebrqendruar n\u00eb ofrimin e trajnimeve p\u00ebr stafin e shoq\u00ebrive UK t\u00eb angazhuara n\u00eb Projekt, si dhe ofrimin e asistenc\u00ebs direkte p\u00ebrmes vizitave n\u00eb terren t\u00eb kryera nga Sukadra e Projektit. \u00a0Me dat\u00eb 3 dhe 4 Tetor 2019, n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb, Kosov\u00eb, SHUKALB dhe SHUKOS organizuan s\u00eb bashku trajnimin e dyte ” GIS i Avancuar\/Menaxhimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb Rrjet ” n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit. \u00a0Trajnimi paraqiti nj\u00eb qasje m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar p\u00ebr menaxhimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe i mund\u00ebsoi stafit p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse q\u00eb t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb procesin e hedhjes s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave dhe regjistrimin e asesteve n\u00eb programin EDAMS p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Projektit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vijim t\u00eb trajnimit, Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrparim me hedhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb reja n\u00eb programin EDAMS, si dhe me korrigjimin dhe plot\u00ebsimin e informacionit q\u00eb mungonte p\u00ebr asetet e regjistruara m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb EDAMS. \u00a0P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj kohe skuadra e Projektit n\u00eb SHUKALB ka ofruar asistenc\u00eb t\u00eb ngusht\u00eb p\u00ebrmes vizitave n\u00eb terren n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK dhe ka punuar vazhdimisht n\u00eb distanc\u00eb me stafin p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK p\u00ebr regjistrimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave. \u00a0Gjat\u00eb vizitave n\u00eb terren, t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat jan\u00eb mbledhur n\u00eb terren dhe m\u00eb pas jan\u00eb regjistruar, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuarar dhe p\u00ebrpunuar n\u00eb sistemin EDAMS. \u00a0Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces i vazhduesh\u00ebm q\u00eb vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebhet nga stafi i shoq\u00ebrive UK pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb shkurt 2020, SHUKALB s\u00eb bashku me SHUKOS kan\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb organizojn\u00eb nj\u00eb workshop p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar rezultatet e arritura gjat\u00eb faz\u00ebs s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb Projektit (Niveli i Argjendt\u00eb) dhe n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb prezantuar nisjen e faz\u00ebs s\u00eb dyt\u00eb (Niveli i Art\u00eb). \u00a0T\u00eb ftuar n\u00eb workshop do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, aktor\u00eb t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb pushtetit qendror dhe lokal nga Shqip\u00ebria dhe Kosova, si dhe donator\u00ebt dhe institucionet financiara nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare q\u00eb operojn\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb dy vendet. \u00a0SHUKALB do t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb detaje mbi workshopin n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb janarit.<\/p>\n

The \u201cAsset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d Project implemented by SHUKALB is nearing the finalization of its first phase, which aims at having a full asset registry for every participating water utility. \u00a0The Project started in March 2019 and it is being offered in the framework of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe\u201d Program, through a partnership between Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd. Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).\u00a0 The program is part of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-Leap), a regional, integrated and sustainable capacity building initiative of national water utility associations and IAWD.<\/p>\n

The Project activities during the last quarter have focused on providing training to the staff of water utilities engaged in the Project, as well as providing direct assistance through field visits conducted by the Project Team.\u00a0 On 3rd <\/sup>and 4th <\/sup>of October 2019, in Prishtina, Kosovo, SHUKALB and SHUKOS jointly organised the second \u2019\u2019Advanced GIS\/Network Data Management\u2019\u2019 in the framework of the Project.\u00a0 The training presented a more advanced approach for data management and enabled the responsible staff from the participating Water Supply and Sewerage Companies to continue their data entry process and asset registry in EDAMS software for the rest of the first phase of the Project.<\/p>\n

Following up to the training, the participating Water Supply and Sewerage Companies have made progress with new data entry in the EDAMS software, as well as with correcting and completing missing information for previously registered assets in EDAMS. \u00a0In addition, during this time the Project team at SHUKALB has provided close assistance through field visits to all water utilities and has been continuously working remotely with the responsible staff at water utilities for the data entry. \u00a0During field visits, data have been collected on the field and then registered, refined and processed into the EDAMS system. This is an on-going process that continues to be conducted by the staff of participating water utilities.<\/p>\n

On February 2020, SHUKALB together with SHUKOS have planned to organize a workshop to present the results achieved during the first phase of the Project (Silver Level) and in the same time to introduce the launch of the second phase (Gold Level).\u00a0 Invited to the workshop will be all the water utility companies, central and local government level stakeholders from Albania and Kosovo, as well as the donors and international financing institutions operating in both countries.\u00a0 SHUKALB will share more details on the workshop in the beginning of January.<\/p>\n
