N\u00eb trajnim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb personat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs nga Shoqatat Publike Uj\u00ebsjel\u00ebs Kanalizime t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (SHUKALB), Kosova (SHUKOS), Serbia (UTVSI), Maqedonia Veriore (ADKOM), Serbia Jugore (WASS), Mali i Zi (AWMN) q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb planet e tyre vjetore dh\u00ebnien e k\u00ebtij produkti t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, si dhe nga trajner\u00eb dhe moderator\u00eb t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t’u angazhuar. SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb trajnim nga Jonida Ahmeti, Menaxhere e Trajnimeve dhe Zhvillimit Profesional s\u00eb bashku me Prof. Enkelejda Gjinali, Lekore n\u00eb Fakultetin e Inxhinieris\u00eb s\u00eb Nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe Enkeleda Basha, Menaxher n\u00eb Impiantin e Trajtimit t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb Ndotura n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e trajner\u00ebve t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi i Trajner\u00ebve u zhvillua nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e skuadr\u00ebs Ekipit e RCDN p\u00ebr Implementimin e Projektit. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i trajnimit ishte t\u00eb rifreskonte njohurit\u00eb e pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve p\u00ebr aspektet gjenerike dhe k\u00ebrkesat p\u00ebr organizim t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm dhe realizim t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me k\u00ebrkesat e Standardeve t\u00eb Cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb RCDN. \u00a0Trajnimi u fokusua n\u00eb temat e kurrikul\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrmbajtjen e produktit, manualin p\u00ebr trajner\u00ebt e ardhsh\u00ebm dhe prezantimin e projekteve ekzistuese t\u00eb grumbullimit dhe trajtimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotur , impianteve t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura (ITUBN), dhe Praktika t\u00eb mira \/ Raste Studimi t\u00eb mundshme .<\/p>\n

Trajner\u00ebt do t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin dhe ofrojn\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr vendimmarr\u00ebsit bashkiak\u00eb, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e k\u00ebshillit administrativ t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb zbatimit t\u00eb projektit dhe menaxhimin e shoq\u00ebrive UK si\u00e7 jan\u00eb, menaxheri i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm, menaxheri teknik, menaxheri financjar dhe menaxher\u00ebt e ITUN. \u00a0P\u00ebrvec k\u00ebsaj, t\u00eb ftuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb gjithashtu p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Ministrit\u00eb e linj\u00ebs dhe Agjencit\u00eb Komb\u00ebtare. \u00a0SHUKALB planifikon t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb shk\u00ebmbimin e eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri gjat\u00eb Qershorit 2020.<\/p>\n

* RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), me financimin e Qeverive t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme, me 16 shoqata t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajon.<\/em>[:en]

On 11th<\/sup> of December, 2019, the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation in South East Europe Project* organized in Skopje, North Macedonia, the Training of Trainers (ToT) for delivering the Capacity Development Product \u201cLearning from Peers for Successful Infrastructure Wastewater Collection and Treatment Projects\u201d.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by the Focal Points from the Associations of Public Utilities of Albania (SHUKALB), Kosovo (SHUKOS), Serbia (UTVSI), North Macedonia (ADKOM), South of Serbia (WASS), Montenegro (AWMN) that have in their annual plans the delivery of this particular product, as well as by potential trainers and moderators to be engaged. SHUKALB was represented at the training by Jonida Ahmeti, Manager of Training and Professional Development along with Prof. Enkelejda Gjinali, Lecturer at Faculty of Civil Engineering of Tirana, and Enkeleda Basha, Manager at Durres Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the capacity of potential trainers.<\/p>\n

The ToT was delivered by representatives of RCDN Project Implementation Team. \u00a0The objective of the training was to refresh participants\u2019 knowledge on generic aspects and requirement for successful organization and realization of peer exchange, in line with the requirements of the RCDN Quality Standards. The training focused on the topics of curriculum and content of the product, manual for future trainers and presentation of the existing wastewater collection and treatment (WWCT) projects, waste water treatment plants (WWTPs), and potential Good Practice\/ Case studies.<\/p>\n

Trainers will prepare and deliver the peer exchange in Albania for the municipal decision makers, such as administrative council members of water utilities, project implementation units\u2019 members, and management of the water and sewerage utilities such as, general manager, technical manager, finance manager and WWTP managers. \u00a0In addiotn, invited to participate will be also representatives from the line Ministries and National Agencies.\u00a0 SHUKALB plans to conduct the peer exchange in Albania during June 2020.<\/p>\n
