Q\u00ebllimi i projektit \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb sjell\u00eb risi p\u00ebrmes shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb praktikave t\u00eb mira midis partner\u00ebve, proceset e trajnimit n\u00eb lidhje me profilet profesionale q\u00eb merren me Menaxhimin e Integruar dhe t\u00eb Q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb Ujit. \u00a0N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, Projekti WATER synon zhvillimin e m\u00ebnyrave inovative t\u00eb m\u00ebsimit bazuar n\u00eb pun\u00eb, n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e menaxhimit t\u00eb integruar dhe t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm t\u00eb burimeve ujore, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsohet me zhvillimet m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit dhe t\u00eb sjell\u00eb risi n\u00eb inventarin e kompetencave q\u00eb lidhen me profilin e “Teknikut p\u00ebr administrimin e rrjeteve ujore dhe impianteve, p\u00ebr monitorimin dhe kontrollin e burimeve ujore dhe p\u00ebr rip\u00ebrdorimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura”.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB has recently joined the Work-Based Learning Paths in Water Management (WATER) Project, which is being financed by EU, in the framework of the ERASMUS + Programme.\u00a0 The Project is being led and coordinated by the Associazione FO.RI.S. – Formazione, Ricerca e Sviluppo, a training body accredited by the Apulia Region and active in research and development for innovation in education and training.\u00a0 The other partners of the Project are Universitat Politecnica De Valencia, Spain; Royal Institution for the Advancement of Learning Mcgill University, Canada; University College Cork \u2013 National University of Ireland, Cork, Ireland; Acquedotto Pugliese Spa, Italy; Fondazione Its Antonio Cuccovillo, Italy.<\/p>\n

The Project\u2019s objective is to innovate through the exchange of good practices among partners, the training processes related to the professional profiles dealing with the Integrated and Sustainable Water Management.\u00a0 In particular the WATER Project aims at developing innovative work-based learning paths in the field of the integrated and sustainable management of the water resources in order to update to the state-of-the-art and innovate the inventory of competences related to the profile of \u201cTechnician for the management of water networks and plants, for the monitoring and control of the water resources and for the reutilisation of waste waters\u201d.<\/p>\n

On 11-13 November, the lead partner, FO.RI.S. organized the Project Kick-off meeting along with a one day of training at the premises of Acquedotto Pugliese, in Bari, Italy.\u00a0 SHUKALB was represented at the meeting by Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director, and Jonida Ahmeti, Training Manager.\u00a0 Besides the in class exchange of experiences and best practices among the partners and the project management topics, the agenda included also site visits to wastewater treatment plants managed by Acquedotto Pugliese as well as a visit to the Vocational Education Training center of Fondazione Its Antonio Cuccovillo.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
