M\u00eb 24 janar 2019, n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, SHUKALB organizoi me sukses workshopin \u201cLobimi dhe Advokimi dhe P\u00ebrgatitja e Strategjis\u00eb s\u00eb Advokimit p\u00ebr SHUKALB\u201d. \u00a0Workshopi u organizua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit “Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr Furnizimin me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimet (RCDN*)”. \u00a0N\u00eb workshop mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb 30 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb SHUKALB, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, kompani private dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb individ\u00eb, stafi i shoqat\u00ebs, si dhe p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga Shoqata e Bashkive t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Shoqata p\u00ebr Autonomi Vendore, NALAS dhe GIZ – ORF MMS. \u00a0Workshopi u drejtua nga Jasmina Trajkovski, CMC dhe Ljubomir Trajkovski, Trajkovski and Partners (T&P) Consulting – Shkup.<\/p>\n

Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i workshopit ishte p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i kapaciteteve t\u00eb SHUKALB dhe an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb tij n\u00eb lidhje me lobimin dhe advokimin, p\u00ebrgatitjen e dokumenteve t\u00eb politikave, dokumentet strategjike dhe rekomandimet e politikave dhe p\u00ebrgatitjen e nj\u00eb strategjie advokimi. \u00a0M\u00eb konkretisht, workshopi kishte p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim t\u00eb siguronte njohuri mbi principet baz\u00eb t\u00eb advokimit dhe lobimit dhe dallimet e tyre, t\u00eb siguronte njohuri mbi mjetet p\u00ebr advokim dhe lobim, t\u00eb identifikonte advokimin e zhvillimit te kapaciteteve n\u00eb kontekstin e SHUKALB dhe t\u00eb identifikonte nevojat e advokimit t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrve\u00e7 prezantimeve dhe rasteve studimore t\u00eb ofruara nga trajner\u00ebt, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u p\u00ebrfshin\u00eb n\u00eb diskutime interaktive mbi temat e mundshme t\u00eb advokimit n\u00eb lidhje me sektorin, dhe shk\u00ebmbyen p\u00ebrvojat e tyre mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet e ngritura. \u00a0Gjat\u00eb workshopit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, t\u00eb organizuar n\u00eb grupe, punuan nmbi disa ushtrime ku secili grup prezantoi tem\u00ebn e tyre me interes p\u00ebr t\u2019u advokuar.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb fund, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve ju ndan\u00eb Certifikata p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfundimin me sukses t\u00eb workshopit.<\/p>\n

Pas k\u00ebtij workshopi dhe rezultateve t\u00eb tij, SHUKALB do t\u00eb hartoj\u00eb nj\u00eb strategji advokimi e cila do t\u00eb ndahet dhe konsultohet m\u00eb tej me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aktor\u00ebt e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, dhe m\u00eb pas do t\u00eb finalizohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbyer si nj\u00eb dokument strategjik p\u00ebr t\u00eb udh\u00ebhequr aktivitetet e advokimit t\u00eb SHUKALB n\u00eb sektorin e uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizimeve.<\/p>\n

On 24 January 2019, in Tirana, SHUKALB organized successfully the workshop \u201cLobbying and Advocacy and Preparation of an Advocacy Strategy for SHUKALB\u201d.\u00a0 The workshop was organized in the framework of the \u201cRegional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN*)\u201d Project.\u00a0 The workshop was attended by 30 participants, members of SHUKALB, representatives from the water utility companies, private companies and individual members, staff of the association, as well as representatives from the Association of Municipalities of Albania, the Association for Local Autonomy, NALAS and GIZ – ORF MMS. The workshop was delivered by Jasmina Trajkovski, CMC and Ljubomir Trajkovski, Trajkovski and Partners (T&P) Consulting \u2013 Skopje.<\/p>\n

The overall objective of the workshop was to improve capacities of SHUKALB and its members with regards to lobbying and advocacy, preparation of policy papers, strategy papers and policy recommendations and preparation of an advocacy strategy.\u00a0 More specifically, the workshop aimed to, provide knowledge on the basic principles of advocacy and lobbying and their differences, provide knowledge on the tools for advocacy and lobbying, identify the capacity development advocacy in the context of SHUKALB and identify capacity development advocacy needs of SHUKALB members.<\/p>\n

Besides the presentations and case studies provided by the trainers, the participants were engaged in interactive discussions on potential advocacy topics concerning the sector, and shared their experiences on the issues.\u00a0 During the workshop the participants, organized in groups, worked on several exercises where each group presented their topic of concern to be advocated.<\/p>\n

At the end, the participants received Certificates for successfully completing the workshop.<\/p>\n

Following this workshop and its findings, SHUKALB will be drafting an advocacy strategy which will be further shared and consulted with all the involved stakeholders, and it will be then finalized to serve as a strategic document to guide SHUKALB advocacy activities in the water supply and sewerage sector.<\/p>\n
