Kursi i trajnimit do t\u00eb trajtoj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje n\u00eb lidhje me setin e plot\u00eb t\u00eb pasqyrave financiare dhe informacionin q\u00eb mbart secila prej tyre, rregullat p\u00ebr zbatimin e politikave t\u00eb kontabilitetit, llogarit\u00eb e ark\u00ebtueshme, borxhin e keq, tatimin e shtyr\u00eb, provizionet, aktivet e kusht\u00ebzuara dhe koston e kapitalit.<\/p>\n

Kursi i dyt\u00eb i trajnimit i planifikuar p\u00ebr t’u zhvilluar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb workshopi 1-ditor me tem\u00eb “Hyrje n\u00eb Menaxhimin e Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve<\/em>“.\u00a0 Ky trajnim \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb produkt p\u00ebr zhvillimin e kapaciteteve q\u00eb ofrohet dhe jepet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit “Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr Furnizimin me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimet (RCDN)”. \u00a0Q\u00ebllimi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i trajnimit \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u mund\u00ebsoj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve t\u00eb njohin nevoj\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrfitimet e Menaxhimit te Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve (MIA) efektiv t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve dhe t\u00eb identifikojn\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn se si planifikohen dhe zbatohen aktivitetet kryesore t\u00eb MIA-s n\u00eb nivelin e Nj\u00ebsive t\u00eb Qeverisjes Vendore (NJQV).<\/p>\n

SHUKALB will kick off its Training and Capacity Development Program for 2020, with the delivery of three trainings, during February. The first training course planned to be delivered is \u201cFinancial Statements and Their Role in Decision Making<\/em>\u201d which is\u00a0addressed the needs of the financial managers and financiers of the water and wastewater utilities, and will support the Utilities especially in this period while they\u2019re preparing their fiscal balance sheets to submit to the General Directory of Taxes.<\/p>\n

The training course will address issues regarding the whole set of financial statements and the information in each of them, rules for applying accounting policies, accounts receivable, bad debt, deferred tax, provisions, contingent assets and the cost of capital.<\/p>\n

The second training planned to be organized for the 1st<\/sup> time is a 1-day workshop on \u201cIntroductory Integrated Asset Management<\/em>\u201d.\u00a0 This training is a capacity development product provided and delivered in the framework of the project \u201cRegional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services\u201d.\u00a0 The overall objective of the training is on the participants recognizing the need for and benefits of effective Integrated Asset Management (IAM) of Water and Sanitation Services (WSS) infrastructure and identifying how to plan and implement key IAM activities at the Local Government Unit (LGU) level.<\/p>\n

The training will address the General Aspects, Legal Aspects and Institutional Aspects of Integrated Asset Management, and is particular targeted to LGU decision makers (mayors, speakers, and councillors), staff of LGU departments responsible for communal affairs (water services), PUC top and middle management, line agencies and regulators from Albania.<\/p>\n

The next day SHUKALB will organize a 1-day consecutive training course on \u201cAsset Management<\/em>\u201d that will address all the basic elements of asset management with the main purpose of raising awareness for the importance of integrated asset management.<\/p>\n

The way a water utility manages its assets determines the success in facing these challenges.\u00a0 A water utility can improve the level of service, reduce water losses, reduce costs and justify tariffs, if it knows what assets it owns, what is the condition of the assets, when and how to maintain or replace them.<\/p>\n

This training course targets water utility directors, engineers, accountants and managers, and to line agency specialists.<\/p>\n
