Projekti ofrohet n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Programit \u201cSh\u00ebrbime K\u00ebshillimore p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Aseteve n\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn Juglindor\u201d, i cili zbatohet n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb partneriteti midis Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH \u2013 GIZ, Kompanis\u00eb Hydro-Comp n\u00eb Qipro, dhe Shoqat\u00ebs Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Kompanive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime n\u00eb Zon\u00ebn e Mbulimit t\u00eb Lumit Danub (IAWD).\u00a0 Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-Leap), nj\u00eb nism\u00eb rajonale, e integruar dhe e q\u00ebndrueshme p\u00ebr ngritjen e kapaciteteve t\u00eb shoqatave komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsve dhe IAWD.<\/p>\n

T\u00eb 9-t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK C\u00ebrrik, Peqin, Himar\u00eb, Shkod\u00ebr, Vlor\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, Kavaj\u00eb, P\u00ebrmet and Gramsh kan\u00eb kaluar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme faz\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb projekit (Faza Argjend\u00eb), duke vazhduar k\u00ebshtu faz\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb, Faza e Art\u00eb, p\u00ebr Menaxhimin\u00a0 e Mir\u00ebmbajtjes p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e produktivitetit dhe efikasitetit t\u00eb funksionit t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit p\u00ebrmes zbatimit t\u00eb procedurave t\u00eb sakta tregtare dhe prurjeve t\u00eb pun\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

Pavar\u00ebsisht situat\u00ebs s\u00eb pandemis\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ndodhemi n\u00eb k\u00ebto momente, Programi ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb operim t\u00eb plot\u00eb duke asistuar n\u00eb distanc\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>N\u00eb vazhdim, SHUKALB ka nisur s\u00eb fundmi p\u00ebrdorimin e platform\u00ebs s\u00eb Akademis\u00eb D-LeaP si nj\u00eb mjet i dobish\u00ebm p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse p\u00ebr t\u00eb aksesuar informacionin n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situat\u00eb. \u00a0Platforma e Akademis\u00eb D-LeaP p\u00ebrmban informacione lidhur me programin, fazat e zbatimit, trajnimet dhe workshopet e organizuara n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit. \u00a0Nj\u00eb sesion shum\u00eb funksional dhe praktik \u00ebsht\u00eb gjithashtu ai i Diskutimeve ku pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit dhe p\u00ebrdoruesit e akademis\u00eb mund t\u00eb komunikojn\u00eb me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin duke b\u00ebr\u00eb pyetje dhe duke shk\u00ebmbyer komente n\u00eb lidhje me pun\u00ebn.[:en]\"\"<\/a>The \u201cAsset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d Project which SHUKALB started in March 2019 has continued with the second year of its implementation.<\/p>\n

The project is offered in the framework of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe\u201d Program, through a partnership between Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprises Ltd. Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).\u00a0 The program is part of the Danube Learning Partnership (D-Leap), a regional, integrated and sustainable capacity building initiative of national water utility associations and IAWD.<\/p>\n

The 9 Water Utilities of Cerrik, Peqin, Himare, Shkoder, Vlore, Sarande, Kavaja, Permet and Gramsh have successfully passed the first phase (Silver Phase) of the project, and have continued this year with the 2nd<\/sup> second phase, the Gold Phase, focusing on the improvement of productivity and efficiency of the maintenance function and the improvement of service delivery through the implementation of proper business procedures and work flows.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile 5 new Water Utilities of Korce, Maliq, Gjirokaster, Lushnje and Pogradec have joined for the first time the project this year. \u00a0The Utilities will work on the Network Data Management aiming a comprehensive asset register network data management for the utility networks.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the pandemic situation which we have been all facing currently, the Program has been fully operational with its implementation, assisting remotely the Water Utilities.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>In addition, SHUKALB has started recently the use of the D-LeaP Academy platform as a useful tool for the participating utilities to access the information in this situation.\u00a0 The D-LeaP Academy platform contains information regarding the program, the implementation phases, trainings and workshops organized in the framework program.
