Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj periudhe, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj situat\u00ebs s\u00eb COVID-19, SHUKALB ka mbajtur komunikim t\u00eb rregullt me shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e saj an\u00ebtare uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime duke shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb me ta informacione t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme dhe t\u00eb dobishme p\u00ebr COVID-19 dhe lidhjen e tij me ujin, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb ka mbledhur reagime nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK mbi sfidat me t\u00eb cilat po p\u00ebrballen si rezultat i k\u00ebsaj krize. \u00a0N\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb reagimet e shoq\u00ebrive SHUKALB zhvilloi nj\u00eb anketim gjat\u00eb muajit Prillit 2020, rezultatet e t\u00eb cilit mund t’i gjeni n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb botim t\u00eb Burimit.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vazhdim, SHUKALB ka planifikuar organzimin e dy webinareve gjat\u00eb majit 2020 p\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutuar ndikimin e pandemis\u00eb COVID-19 ndaj shoq\u00ebrive UK shqiptare. \u00a0Webinari i par\u00eb do t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb sfidat dhe praktikat m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK dhe qeverisjes vendore n\u00eb p\u00ebrballimin e pandemis\u00eb COVID-19, nd\u00ebrsa webinari i dyt\u00eb do t\u00eb diskutoj\u00eb perspektivat e institucioneve qendrore dhe donator\u00ebve.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb lidhje me Programin e tij t\u00eb Trajnimit, SHUKALB po p\u00ebrgatitet t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb s\u00eb shpejti dy kurse trajnimi online, ” Siguria n\u00eb Pun\u00eb p\u00ebr Profesionist\u00ebt e Ujit” dhe “Menaxhimi i Emergjencave dhe Krizave”. \u00a0N\u00eb vazhdim, trajnimet dhe aktivitetet e shk\u00ebmbimit t\u00eb eksperiencave mes koleg\u00ebve n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Projektit Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve (RCDN) jan\u00eb planifikuar t\u00eb jepen duke filluar nga muaji korrik 2020.<\/p>\n

Me pezullimin e ndjekjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb shkolla, SHUKALB duhej t\u00eb ndryshonte metodologjin\u00eb e dh\u00ebnies s\u00eb programit \u201cPanairi Shkencor\u201d p\u00ebr shkollat e mesme. \u00a0Nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e klasave t\u00eb 11-ta jan\u00eb duke punuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb paraqitur projektet e tyre n\u00eb form\u00ebn e videove. SHUKALB do t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb konkursin p\u00ebr Panairin Shkencor midis shkollave pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb eventi online.<\/p>\n

S\u00eb fundmi, SHUKALB ka krijuar nj\u00eb sesion t\u00eb dedikuar n\u00eb faqen e tij t\u00eb internetit<\/a> me informacionin m\u00eb t\u00eb fundit rreth sektorit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimeve n\u00eb lidhje me pandemin\u00eb COVID-19.[:en]\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Following the instructions of the Albanian Government, during March and April 2020, SHUKALB took the necessary measures for every employee to continue working from home.<\/p>\n

During this period, in response to the situation of COVID-19, SHUKALB has maintained regular communication with its member water and sewerage utilities by sharing with them relevant and useful information on COVID-19 and its relation to water while at the same time gathering feedback from utilities on the challenges they are facing as a result of this crisis. In the efforts to receive the feedback of utilities SHUKALB conducted a survey during April 2020, the results of which can be found in this Burimi edition.<\/p>\n

In addition SHUKALB has planned for two webinars during May 2020 to discuss the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on Albanian water utility companies.\u00a0 The first webinar will share the challenges and the best practices of water utilities and local government in facing the COVID-19 pandemic, while the second webinar will discuss the perspectives of central institutions and donors.<\/p>\n

In regard of its Training Program, SHUKALB is preparing to deliver soon two online training courses, \u201cHealth and Safety for Water Professionals\u201d, and \u201cEmergency and Crisis Management\u201d. \u00a0In addition, the training and peer exchange activities in the framework of the Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) Project have been rescheduled to be delivered starting from July 2020.<\/p>\n

With the suspension of school attendance, SHUKALB had to change the methodology of delivering the High school \u201cScience Fair\u201d Program.\u00a0 The 11th<\/sup> grade students have been working to present their projects in the form of videos.\u00a0 SHUKALB will organize the Science Fair competition between the participating schools through an online event.<\/p>\n
