M\u00eb 26 maj 2020, SHUKALB organizoi me sukses online Konkursin Komb\u00ebtar me prezantimin e punimeve shkencore t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitura nga nx\u00ebn\u00ebs t\u00eb shkollave t\u00eb mesme n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb programit \u201cPanairi Shkencor\u201d p\u00ebr Shkollat e Mesme. Eventi u organizua p\u00ebrmes platform\u00ebs online Zoom, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pezullimit t\u00eb ndjekjes s\u00eb m\u00ebsimit n\u00eb shkolla p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pandemis\u00eb COVID-19.<\/p>\n

Kjo ishte faza finale e programit i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb hartuar dhe zbatohet nga SHUKALB n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me Ministrin\u00eb e Arsimit, Sportit dhe Rinis\u00eb, me shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsj\u00ebll\u00ebs Kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Durr\u00ebs, Kavaj\u00eb dhe Vlor\u00eb. \u201cProjekti \u00ebsht\u00eb financuar nga Ministria Federale Gjermane p\u00ebr bashk\u00ebpunim ekonomik dhe Zhvillim, zbatuar nga Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH\u201d.<\/p>\n

Programit \u201cPanairi Shkencor\u201d p\u00ebr Shkollat e Mesme targeton nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit e klasave t\u00eb 11-t\u00eb dhe q\u00ebllimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb nxis\u00eb mendimin analitik dhe pun\u00ebt eksperimentale nd\u00ebrmjet student\u00ebve.\u00a0 Ky program \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb gar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nx\u00ebn\u00ebsit krijojn\u00eb dhe zhvillojn\u00eb k\u00ebrkime p\u00ebrmes metodave shkencore.\u00a0 Ato u mund\u00ebsojn\u00eb nx\u00ebn\u00ebsve t\u00eb investigojn\u00eb nj\u00eb tem\u00eb shkencore duke k\u00ebrkuar informacion ose duke biseduar me profesionist\u00eb dhe m\u00ebsuesit e tyre.<\/p>\n

On 26 May 2020, SHUKALB organized online the National Contest with the presentation of scientific works done by high school students in the framework of the High School \u201cScience Fair\u201d Program.\u00a0 The event was organized online via Zoom platform because of the suspension of school attendance due to COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

This was the final phase of the program which is designed and implemented by SHUKALB in cooperation with the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of Albania, with the Water Supply and Sewerage companies of Shkodra, Lezha, Durres, Kavaja and Vlora. \u201cThe project is financed by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and implemented by Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH\u201d.<\/p>\n

The High School \u201cScience Fair\u201d program targets 11th<\/sup> grade students and its goal is to encourage analytic thinking and experimental working between students.\u00a0 This program is a competition in which students create and conduct research through scientific methods.\u00a0 They enable students to investigate a scientific topic by seeking information or by talking to professionals and their teachers.<\/p>\n

The jury that evaluated the projects was composed by Dr. Gabriele Lames, Programme Manager, Water Programme, GIZ Albania, Dr. Besnik Rama, Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth of Albania, Dr. Ana Kekezi, Lead of IPA Projects, National Agency for Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure, Prof. Asoc. Enkelejda Gjinali, Lecturer, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Polytechnic University of Tirana and Mercedes Kola, Bio-Chemistry Teacher, \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d Gymnasium, Tirana.\u00a0 The event was moderated by Elisabeta Poci, Deputy Executive Director of SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

During the event, 20 videos were presented from the projects done by students of the high schools participating in the program: \u201c28 Nentori\u201d, Shkoder; \u201cHydajet Lezha\u201d, Lezhe; \u201cLeonik Tomeo\u201d, Durres; \u201cAleksander Moisiu\u201d, Kavaje; and \u201cHalim Xhelo\u201d, Vlore.<\/p>\n

The online event was greeted by Mark Molla, Director, Shkodra Water Supply and Sewerage Company and Kasem Bejko, Deputy Director, Durres Water Supply and Sewerage Company.<\/p>\n

The Jury evaluated the projects done by the students based on the criteria such as creativity, project quality, and relevance of the selected topic and clarity of presentation.\u00a0 After the evaluation, the jury announced the three winning projects, which are listed below with the respective links of their videos:<\/p>\n

First place: \u201c28 Nentori\u201d high school, Shkodra, titled “Wastewater treatment”<\/a><\/p>\n

Second place: \u201cLeonik Tomeo\u201d high school, Durres, titled “Access to drinking water, waste and alternatives provided by rainwater and geothermal resources to save it”<\/a><\/p>\n

Third place: \u201c28 Nentori\u201d high school, Shkodra, titled “Usage of clean water”<\/a><\/p>\n
