The training will be delivered by Arian Gjorga, Consultant and Expert in Management.<\/p>\n This training is especially useful for general directors, technical and commercial directors and other managers of water utilities.<\/p>\n The overall objective of the training is on the participants recognizing the need for and benefits of effective Integrated Asset Management (IAM) of Water and Sanitation Services (WSS) infrastructure and identifying how to plan and implement key IAM activities at the Local Government Unit (LGU) level.<\/p>\n The training will target decision makers of municipality\u2019s mayors, speakers, councillors, members of the administrative councils of utilities, staff from departments responsible for water supply and sewerage services. Moreover, the senior and middle managers of water utilities and representatives from the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, the National Agency of Water Supply and Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure, and the Water Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n On 22, 23, 24 July 2020, SHUKALB will deliver a three-days training on \u201cCapital Infrastructure Investment Projects in the Water Sector\u201d in the framework of RCDN project.<\/p>\n The overall objective of this training is to enable participants to carry out complex infrastructure investment projects and to provide the participants with the necessary framework, general knowledge and skills in regard to:<\/p>\n The training will target in particular the decision makers of municipalities and water utilities: Municipal Councillors, and Mayors; Administrators of utilities; Members of the administrative councils of utilities; Technical Managers and Financial Managers.
