M\u00eb 9, 10, 16 dhe 17 qershor 2020, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses kursin e trajnimit “Menaxhimi”, organizuar online p\u00ebrmes platform\u00ebs Zoom.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb trajnim mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb drejtuesit e departamenteve tregtare, financiare dhe teknike, si dhe administrator\u00eb, nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Shkod\u00ebr, Lezh\u00eb, Kruj\u00eb, Lushnj\u00eb dhe Sarand\u00eb. Trajnimi u drejtua nga trajneri Arian Gjorga, Konsulent dhe Ekspert n\u00eb Menaxhim.<\/p>\n

On 9, 10, 16 and 17 June 2020, SHUKALB delivered successfully the \u201cManagement\u201d training course, organized online via Zoom platform.<\/p>\n

The training was attended by the directors of commercial, financial and technical departments, as well as administrators, from Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Shkodra, Lezha, Kruja, Lushnja and Saranda.\u00a0 The training was delivered by trainer Arian Gjorga, Consultant and Expert in Management.<\/p>\n

The training provided participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to cope with everyday challenges and improve the utility performance in the areas of management processes, communication, human relations, organizational culture, problem solving, planning and organizing, decision making and financial management.<\/p>\n

Besides the presentations on the key management principles, although delivered over a virtual platform, the trainer managed to engage the participants in discussions, by providing them space to share their experiences and techniques used in their respective water utilities.<\/p>\n

The feedback received by the participants was quite positive.\u00a0 The participants assessed the training as very valuable to their day to day responsibilities, as well as the trainer for its ability to transfer the knowledge in a simple and assimilable form.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
