Workshopi u organizua n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit &#8221; Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve p\u00ebr Furnizimin me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimet (RCDN*)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb workshop mor\u00ebn pjes\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb Mbetjeve (AKUM), GIZ Albania, kompani konsulente, ORF MMS-GIZ Maqedonia Veriore, dhe RCDN, si dhe u moderua nga Jasmina Trajkovski dhe Mirjana Apostolova, Trajkovski &amp; Partners (T&amp;P) Consulting &#8211; Shkup.<\/p>\n<p>Objektivi i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i workshopit ishte te krijonte nj\u00eb qasje t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt midis t\u00eb tre shoqatave p\u00ebr aktivitetet e advokimit p\u00ebr furnizimin me uj\u00eb dhe kanalizimet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.\u00a0 Objektivat specifike te workshopit ishin:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sqarimi i rezultatit t\u00eb pritsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr temat me interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt<\/li>\n<li>Identifikimi i pal\u00ebve kryesore t\u00eb interesit<\/li>\n<li>Identifikimi i argumenteve kryesore p\u00ebr pozicionin<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrcaktimi i metod\u00ebs \/ qasjes p\u00ebr secil\u00ebn nga temat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Gjat\u00eb workshopit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit diskutuan mbi sfidat, rezultatet e pritshme, pal\u00ebt kryesore t\u00eb interesit dhe argumentet mbi temat e m\u00ebposhtme q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur bashk\u00ebrisht nga t\u00eb tre Shoqatat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Menaxhimi i aseteve \u2013 Planet e biznesit dhe modelet financiare bazohen n\u00eb regjistra realist\u00eb dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar t\u00eb aseteve dhe n\u00eb praktikat e duhura O&amp;M t\u00eb biznesit, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb edhe rivler\u00ebsimin e aseteve.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrfshirja aktive e NjQV-ve dhe shoq\u00ebrive UK n\u00eb procesin e vendim-marrjes p\u00ebr zbatimin e rajonalizimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrshtatja e Marr\u00ebveshjeve t\u00eb Performanc\u00ebs dhe vlerave t\u00eb treguesve ky\u00e7 t\u00eb performanc\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb qasje pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebtij workshopi dhe reagimet e mbledhura nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit, Shoqatat do t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb identifikojn\u00eb dhe zhvillojn\u00eb aktivitete t\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb advokimit n\u00eb lidhje me temat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>* RCDN \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt q\u00eb po implementohet nga Fondi i Hapur Rajonal i GIZ (ORF), me financimin e Qeverive t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs dhe Gjermanis\u00eb dhe ka p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim krijimin e nj\u00eb Rrjeti p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve Rajonale t\u00eb vet\u00ebq\u00ebndrueshme, me 16 shoqata t\u00eb qeverisjes lokale dhe uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb rajon.<\/em>[:en]<figure id=\"attachment_3540\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3540\" style=\"width: 1432px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Workshop-26-June20_partcipants.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3540\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/Workshop-26-June20_partcipants.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1432\" height=\"1016\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-3540\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Participants during the workshop on \u201cDevelopment of Joint Advocacy Activities for WSS in Albania\u201d organized by SHUKALB, Association of Municipalities of Albania (AMA) and the Association for Local Autonomy (ALA)<\/em><br \/><em>Photo Credit: SHUKALB<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure><\/p>\n<p>On 26 June 2020, SHUKALB in cooperation with the Association of Municipalities of Albania (AMA) and the Association for Local Autonomy (ALA) organized a workshop on &#8220;Development of Joint Advocacy Activities for Water and Sanitation Services in Albania&#8221;.\u00a0 The workshop was organized in the framework of the project \u201cRegional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN*)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was attended by representatives of water utility companies, National Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM), GIZ Albania, consulting companies, ORF MMS-GIZ Northern Macedonia, and RCDN, and it was moderated by Jasmina Trajkovski and Mirjana Apostolova, Trajkovski &amp;
