M\u00eb 15, 16 dhe 17 korrik 2020, SHUKALB zhvilloi me sukses trajnimin nj\u00eb ditor n\u00eb ” Hyrje n\u00eb Menaxhimin e Integruar t\u00eb Aseteve “, n\u00eb Hotel Xheko Imperial, Tiran\u00eb, n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me rregullat e pjes\u00ebmarrjes dhe distancimit social t\u00eb vendosura nga qeveria shqiptare.<\/p>\n

Trajnimet u organizuan n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb projektit “Rrjeti Rajonal p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapaciteteve per Sh\u00ebrbimet e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve (RCDN)\u201d, sipas standarteve t\u00eb cil\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb hartuara nga RCDN, dhe me mb\u00ebshtetjen e programit \u201cOrientimi i Sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizime drejt Performanc\u00ebs dhe Konsumatorit\u201d, i financuar nga Ministria Federale Gjermane p\u00ebr Bashk\u00ebpunim Ekonomik dhe Zhvillim, zbatuar nga GIZ n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n

Pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit u njoh\u00ebn me nevoj\u00ebn dhe p\u00ebrfitimet e menaxhimit t\u00eb integruar t\u00eb aseteve n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb efektive t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe identifikuan m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn e planifikimit dhe zbatimit te aktiviteteve kryesore t\u00eb menaxhimit te aseteve n\u00eb nivelin e qeverisjes vendore.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi nd\u00ebrthuri prezantimet me diskutimet, ushtrime praktike dhe shk\u00ebmbimin e eksperiencave, gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund\u00ebsoi hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr interaktivitet nd\u00ebrmjet pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve mbi praktikat e tyre t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb aseteve. Reagimet e marra nga pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit n\u00eb fund t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre trajnimeve ishin shum\u00eb pozitive, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e temave t\u00eb trajtuara si dhe shk\u00ebmbimin e p\u00ebrvojave mes tyre.[:en]\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

On 15, 16 and 17 July 2020, SHUKALB delivered successfully the one day training on \u201cIntroductory Integrated Asset Management\u2019\u2019, at Xheko Imperial Hotel, Tirana, in compliance with the rules for participation and social distancing set by the Albanian government.<\/p>\n

The trainings were organized in the framework of the project \u201cRegional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services\u201d, following the quality standards developed by RCDN, and with the support of the program \u201cCustomer and Performance Oriented Drinking Water and Sanitation Services\u201d, funded by the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development, implemented by GIZ in Albania.<\/p>\n

The trainings were attended by a total of 51 representatives from 7 municipalities\/ administrative council members, and 13 water supply and sewerage companies from Shkodra, Lezha, Durres, Cerrik, Himara, Kavaja, Vlora, Saranda, Peqin, Kukes, Gjirokastra, Berat-Kucova, Fier and Kamza, as well as 13 representatives from the National Agency for Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Management (AKUM) and 1 representative from the Water Regulatory Authority.<\/p>\n

The participants were introduced to the need and benefits of effective integrated asset management of water supply and sewerage infrastructure and identified how to plan and implement key asset management activities at the local government level.<\/p>\n

The training was facilitated by the trainers Eng. Fjordi Bisha, Civil Engineer and Anri Dajko, Finance and Budgeting Analyst from ValuAdd Management Services, and with the support of Eng. Elvis Ndreka and Belina Bertolaja, technical staff of the project \u201cAsset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d.<\/p>\n

The training combined presentations with discussions, practical exercises and exchange of experiences, providing space for interaction between the participants on asset management practices.
