Ndri\u00e7im Shani p\u00ebrzgjidhet Kryetar i Komisionit Komb\u00ebtar Rregullator t\u00eb Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit duke vijuar ushtrimin e mandatit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb dyt\u00eb n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb k\u00ebtij institucioni.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrgjat\u00eb mandatit t\u00eb tij t\u00eb par\u00eb, fal\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe eksperienc\u00ebs shum\u00eb vje\u00e7are t\u00eb tij n\u00eb sektorin e ujit, ai ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb kontribut t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e performanc\u00ebs institucionale dhe instrumenteve rregullatore n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb realizimit t\u00eb misionit dhe vizionit q\u00eb ka ky institucion. Vlen t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendet hartimi dhe p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimi i dokumenteve si: Raportet Vjetore t\u00eb ERRU-s\u00eb dhe Raportet Vjetore t\u00eb Performanc\u00ebs s\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK, Analiza e thelluar e aplikimeve p\u00ebr miratim tarife, si dhe hartimi i dokumenteve si: Platforma e Data Baz\u00ebs p\u00ebr Grumbullimin e t\u00eb Dh\u00ebnave nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb sakt\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave, Hartimi i modelit t\u00eb Raportit t\u00eb Bilancit t\u00eb Ujit, Rregullore p\u00ebr organizimin e seancave d\u00ebgjimore me publikun, Rregullore e Trajtimit t\u00eb Ankesave etj.<\/p>\n

Gjithashtu Z. Shani ka kontribuar n\u00eb forcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb rolit t\u00eb rregullatorit duke e b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb z\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm midis aktor\u00ebve komb\u00ebtar dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb zhvillimeve sektoriale.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB i uron Z. Shani suksese t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme n\u00eb mandatin e tij t\u00eb dyt\u00eb si Kryetar i ERRU-s\u00eb dhe pret n\u00eb vazhdim t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb rolin e ERRU, n\u00ebn drejtimin e Z. Shani, p\u00ebr avancimin e sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.[:en]

By decision of the Council of Ministers of Albania no. 491, dated 24.06.2020, Mr. Ndri\u00e7im Shani has been re-elected Chairman of the National Regulatory Commission of the Water Regulatory Authority (WRA), continuing to exercise his second mandate in leading this important institution of the water sector in Albania.<\/p>\n

Using his extended professional experience in the water sector, during his first mandate Mr. Shani has made a special contribution to improving institutional performance and regulatory instruments in terms of accomplishing the mission and vision of WRA. It is worth mentioning the drafting and improvement of documents such as: WRA Annual Reports and Annual Performance Reports of WSS companies, In-depth analysis of tariff approval applications, as well as the drafting of documents such as: Database Platform for Data Collection by WSS Companies in terms of accuracy and reliability of data, Drafting the model of Water Balance Report, Regulation on the organization of public hearing sessions, Regulation on Handling the Complaints, etc.<\/p>\n

In addition, Mr. Shani has contributed to further strengthening the role of the regulator by making it an important voice among national and international actors in the context of sectorial developments.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB wishes Mr. Shani further success in his second mandate as Chariman of WRA and looks forward to supporting the role of WRA, under the leadership of Mr. Shani, for the advancement of the water sector in Albania.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
