P\u00ebrmes k\u00ebtij projekti, Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb (UK Tiran\u00eb) \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb shoq\u00ebria e par\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb paktat n\u00eb rajon q\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur kriteret e besueshm\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar nj\u00eb kredi p\u00ebr investime t\u00eb tilla, nga Banka Evropiane p\u00ebr Rind\u00ebrtim dhe Zhvillim.<\/p>\n

I gjith\u00eb projekti \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndar\u00eb n\u00eb tre faza t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, si\u00e7 jan\u00eb:<\/p>\n

Zgjerimi i impiantit trajtues t\u00eb Bovill\u00ebs<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aktualisht ka p\u00ebrfunduar zgjerimi i impiantit t\u00eb Bovill\u00ebs me 40% m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb kapacitetit t\u00eb tij trajtues; nga 1800 l\/sec, tashm\u00eb p\u00ebrpunohen 2500 l\/sec uj\u00eb i pijsh\u00ebm. Vepra e marrjes s\u00eb ujit \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 280 metra mbi nivelin e detit dhe transmetohet p\u00ebrmes tubacioneve me dimension 1200 – 900 mm.<\/p>\n

Vaska e re ku trajtohen prurjet e reja prej 700 l\/sec \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga vepra civile si dhe nga aparaturat e nevojshme, tubacione dhe instrumenta t\u00eb impianteve elektrike. Nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ndikim t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb ka v\u00ebnia n\u00eb pun\u00eb e k\u00ebtij investimi pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb tij \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe nxjerrja nga puna e stacioneve t\u00eb pompimit t\u00eb B\u00ebrxull, Laknas, Coca-Cola, Buka, Pema, Silikati e Pishina \u2013 t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb kosto t\u00eb larta energjitike.<\/p>\n

Furnizimi i zonave t\u00eb m\u00ebsip\u00ebrme direkt nga impianti i Bovill\u00ebs siguron furnizim t\u00eb q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm dhe cil\u00ebsor p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb konsumator\u00ebt banues n\u00eb k\u00ebto hap\u00ebsira t\u00eb zhvilluara rishtaz.<\/p>\n

Numri aktual i banor\u00ebve t\u00eb zon\u00ebs jug-per\u00ebndimore t\u00eb qytetit (Yzberisht, Kombinat, Kashar, Kod\u00ebr Kam\u00ebz etj) q\u00eb do t\u00eb furnizohen me uj\u00eb p\u00ebrmes k\u00ebsaj linje t\u00eb re \u00ebsht\u00eb aktualisht rreth 250.000 banor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Linja \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar nga tubacion \u00e7eliku DN 1100 mm, me gjat\u00ebsi 5040 metra linear.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb Marr\u00ebveshjes Financiare nd\u00ebrmjet Qeveris\u00eb Shqiptare dhe Bank\u00ebs Artigiancassa, Itali, \u201cP\u00ebr Financimin e P\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00ebsve t\u00eb Asistenc\u00ebs teknike p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrmarrjen e Ujrave dhe t\u00eb Nd\u00ebrhyrjeve Infrastrukturore t\u00eb Rrjetit Hidrik, nr. FROT. \/ AID 99\/004,\u00a0 Ligji Nr.8619, dat\u00eb 14.06.2000, Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizimeve ka p\u00ebrfunduar projektin \u201cRehabilitim i Rrjetit Hidrik t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs\u201d, me p\u00ebrfitues Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Tiran\u00eb \u2013 Bashkia Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Ky projekt p\u00ebrfshin nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb tubacioni t\u00eb ri furnizimi midis Uj\u00ebmbledh\u00ebsit t\u00eb Bovill<\/strong>\u00ebs dhe Impiantit t\u00eb trajtimit t\u00eb ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm. Ai konsiston n\u00eb vendosjen e nj\u00eb tubi t\u00eb ri gize sferoidale DN 1200 dhe DN 900, traseja e t\u00eb cilit n\u00eb pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb\u00a0 paralele me tubacionin ekzistues t\u00eb \u00e7elikut DN 900 me q\u00ebllim t\u00eb dyfishimit t\u00eb prurjes dhe p\u00ebrmbushjes s\u00eb nevojave t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb, duke vendosur nj\u00eb norm\u00eb totale mesatare ditore t\u00eb re prej 3600 l\/s n\u00eb kushte normale t\u00eb operimit (n\u00eb 309.00 m m.n.d). Kjo linj\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjat\u00eb 10 km dhe krijon nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb alternative furnizimi p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb qytetit duke siguruar furnizim t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm edhe n\u00eb rast defektesh t\u00eb shfaqura n\u00eb linj\u00ebn ekzistuese.<\/p>\n

Pran\u00eb Uj\u00ebmbledh\u00ebsit t\u00eb Bovill\u00ebs linja \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhur p\u00ebrmes kolektorit kryesor t\u00eb dig\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb impiantin e trajtimit t\u00eb ujit p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb bypass-i t\u00eb dedikuar.<\/p>\n

Finalizimi i t\u00eb tre investimeve t\u00eb cituara m\u00eb lart ndikon rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsisht n\u00eb rikonceptimin e regjimit t\u00eb furnizimit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs Urbane duke b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb mundur furnizimin e q\u00ebndruesh\u00ebm 24 or\u00eb n\u00eb shtat\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb jav\u00ebs p\u00ebr 62% t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, rreth 510 mij\u00eb banor\u00eb.[:en]

On 16 July, Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company together with the Municipality of Tirana organized the inauguration ceremony of the new expansion of the Bovilla Water Treatment Plant along with the two transmission lines. The inauguration ceremony was attended by high level personalities to include Mr. Edi Rama, Prime Minister of Albania, Ms. Belinda Balluku, Minister of Infrastructure and Energy, Mr. Erion Veliaj, Mayor of Tirana, Mr. Alqi Bllako, General Director, National Agency of Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure (AKUM), as well as representatives from various institutions.<\/p>\n

Through this project, Tirana Water Supply and Sewerage Company (Tirana WSSC) has become the first water utility in Albania and among the fewest in the region that have met the creditworthiness criteria to secure a loan for such investments, from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.<\/p>\n

The entire project was composed of the three important phases that follow:<\/p>\n

The expansion of the Bovilla Water Treatment Plant<\/strong><\/p>\n

Currently, the expansion of Bovilla water treatment plant has been finalized and the new added facility has increased the water treatment capacity by 40%, supplying from 1800 l\/sec to 2500 l\/sec of drinking water currently treated. The water intake work is located around 280 meters above sea level and the water is transmitted through pipelines with dimensions 900 – 1200 mm.<\/p>\n

The new water treatment tank with a capacity of 700 l\/sec is made up of civic works and the necessary equipment, pipes and instruments of electrical plants. This project for the expansion of Bovilla drinking water treatment plant is in full compliance with the strategy of the Municipality of Tirana as well as with the objectives of the Tirana WSSC for increasing the water supply capacity for the citizens of Tirana.<\/p>\n

This pipeline started to operate in September 2019 and its main purpose is to supply the residential area of Yzberisht, Koder Kamez, Bathore, Institut, Kashar, Selite and Liqeni i Thate, through the Bovilla Plant. Another important impact of this investment is that after its completion it will avoid the use of the pumping stations of Berxull, Laknas, Coca-Cola, Buka, Pema, Silikati and Pishina, cutting down significant electrical energy costs.<\/p>\n

The supply of the above areas directly from Bovilla Plant will ensure the sustainability and the quality of the water supply for all the residents in these newly developed areas. The current number of inhabitants of the south-western area of the city (Yzberisht, Kombinat, Kashar, Koder Kamez, etc.) that will be supplied with water through this new pipeline is currently around 250,000 inhabitants.<\/p>\n

The pipeline is constructed of steel pipe DN 1100 mm, with a length of 5,040 meters.<\/p>\n

Construction of the water supply pipeline from the Bovilla basin to the water treatment plant<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the framework of a Financial Agreement between the Government of Albania and Artigiancassa Bank, Italy, \u201cOn the Financing of Technical Assistance Components for the Water and Infrastructure Interventions of the Hydric Network, no. FROT. \/ AID 99\/004, Law No.8619, dated 14.06.2000, AKUM completed the third part of this complex Project, titled “Rehabilitation of Tirana Hydraulic Network”, with beneficiaries Tirana WSSC – Municipality of Tirana.<\/p>\n

This part of works included the construction of a new supply pipeline between Bovilla basin and the water treatment plant and it consists of a new cast-iron pipe DN 1200 and DN 900, which for the most part goes in parallel with the existing steel pipeline DN 900 in order to double the water flow and meet the needs for water supply, setting though a new daily average rate of 3600 l\/s under normal operating conditions (at 309.00 m above sea level). The pipeline is 10 km long and creates an alternative way of supply for most part of the city, ensuring continuous supply even in case of failures in the existing pipeline.<\/p>\n

Close to the Bovilla basin the pipeline is connected through the main collector of the dam, while at the water treatment plant through a dedicated bypass.<\/p>\n

The completion of these three investments has a radical impact on the reconceptualization of the water supply regime for the city of Tirana, enabling sustainable supply of 24 hours a day, seven days a week for 62% of the population, about 510.000 inhabitants.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
