Tema e Konferenc\u00ebs, Uji dhe Ndryshimet Klimatike<\/strong><\/span>, \u00ebsht\u00eb frym\u00ebzuar nga Dita Bot\u00ebrore e Ujit 2020, dhe fokusohet tek k\u00ebto dy tema dhe se si\u00a0 lidhen n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pandashme me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn. SHUKALB and SHUKOS are pleased to invite you to join and participate in the Program of the 8th<\/sup> Balkans Joint Conference and\u00a0Exhibition<\/strong><\/span> to be held on 4-5-6\u00a0November 2020<\/strong><\/span>,\u00a0in Tirana Albania, as a virtual event.<\/p>\n

The Conference Theme, Water and Climate Change<\/strong><\/span>, is inspired by the UN\u2019s 2020 World Water Day, and focuses on water and climate change \u2013 and how the two are inextricably linked to each other. Climate change possess a real threat to water resources as it impacts the quantity, variability, timing, form, and intensity of precipitation, exhibited through extreme weather events such as droughts and\/ or floods, but also rising of sea levels and melting of glaciers. To tackle climate change we need to develop and implement adaptation strategies that integrate stakeholders across different sectors and that are coordinated across borders, focusing on safe and sustainable water management.<\/p>\n

The Conference Program offers a variety of topics that cover all the aspects of water supply and wastewater sector to include here policy, management and technical issues.<\/p>\n
