Vizita e dyt\u00eb n\u00eb terren u krye n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb UK Kam\u00ebz, m\u00eb 27 Korrik 2020. Stafi i projektit takoi Sokol Rambi, Drejtor Teknik, Qani Plaku, Inxhinier Hidroteknik dhe Eni Pellumbi, Koordinatore e Projektit. Q\u00ebllimi i vizit\u00ebs ishte identifikimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb nga projektet ekzistuese n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri. Tre vizitat e tjera n\u00eb terren u organizuan gjat\u00eb datave 28 dhe 29 Korrik n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK Pogradec, Maliq dhe Kor\u00e7\u00eb.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb UK Pogradec, stafi i projektit u prit nga Albert Tavanxhiu, Drejtor Teknik, Valjona Saro, Koordinatore e Projektit dhe Fatjon Pilinci, Inxhinier IT. Stafi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb mori trajnimin p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e programit EDAMS duke punuar me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat ekzistuese t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb Pogradecit. Gjithashtu, u diskutua mbi avantazhet dhe nevoj\u00ebn e ortofotove si dhe opsionet e mundshme p\u00ebr gjetjen e tyre, si dhe organizimin e vizitave n\u00eb terren brenda shoq\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbledhur dhe verifikuar t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e marra.<\/p>\n

Vizitat vazhduan me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb UK Maliq. Stafi i projektit u takua me Fatjon Braimllari, Inxhinier IT, personi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr projektin pran\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. Q\u00ebllimi i vizit\u00ebs ishte instalimi i pogramit EDAMS dhe puna me t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e disponueshme t\u00eb rrjetit t\u00eb furnizimit me uj\u00eb n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e Maliqit. Gjithashtu, pjes\u00eb e axhend\u00ebs ishte hartimi i nj\u00eb plani pune p\u00ebr marrjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb terren, dhe hedhjen e tyre n\u00eb programin EDAMS, si dhe disa udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr mbledhjen e tyre.<\/p>\n

Stafi i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb kishte organizuar nj\u00eb mbledhje me stafin e projektit pran\u00eb SHUKALB, dhe pjes\u00eb e tij ishte Elia Pendavinji, Drejtore Tregtare, Ediola Osman, Marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie me Publikun, Ilir Papa, Kryeinxhinier, Niko Shumka, Inxhinier IT dhe Mario Grabocka, Inxhinier Mjedisi. Q\u00ebllimi i k\u00ebtij takimi ishte nj\u00eb prezantim i p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i programit dhe hapat q\u00eb duhen ndjekur p\u00ebr t\u00eb avancuar m\u00eb tej me zbatimin.\u00a0 Si pjes\u00eb e vizit\u00ebs, stafi i projektit, kreu trajnimin p\u00ebr stafin teknik t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb mbi p\u00ebrdorimin e programit EDAMS, duke p\u00ebrdorur t\u00eb dh\u00ebna nga rrjeti i furnizimit me uj\u00eb i shoq\u00ebris\u00eb. The Asset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania Project which SHUKALB has been implementing since March 2019, has continued its activities complying with the new rules set by the Albanian government in regard of the pandemic situation.<\/p>\n

The water utilities are seeing the impacts and initial benefits of the Asset Management program. The major part of the utilities have already created a detailed database with technical information for each asset and geographical reference of their water system.<\/p>\n

This information is unified for each water utility that is part of the program, regardless of the capacities and size of the utility.\u00a0 The data is easily accessible from the Utility, and useful to generate reports for different needs of the utility, such as feasibility studies or reporting on specific assets that the Utility owns (as length of the main line or secondary network etc).<\/p>\n

The most of the water utilities that are part of the project, the water system data has already been converted in EDAMS Software, which makes the implementation of the second phase, on the Maintenance Management program even simpler.<\/p>\n

During July 2020, the project team has adapted its training activities in compliance to the COVID \u2013 19 situation, by conducting several trainings for water utilities through online platforms.\u00a0 In addition, two members of the Project team (Belina Belortaja, GIS Data Analysis Expert, and Elvis Ndreka, EDAMS System Engineer) organised field visits at five Water Supply and Sewerage Companies (WSSC) to include Lushnja, Kamez, Pogradec, Maliq and Korca. These utilities have joined the Project for the first time this year, and the aim of these field visits was to conduct direct trainings to water utility staff on the use of EDAMS Software, as well as to assist them in data collection and establishing of the asset registry.<\/p>\n

The first field visit was organized on 8th<\/sup> July 2020, at the premises of Lushnja WSSC, where the project team met with Ersi Veliu, Technical Director and Altin Jongari, Hydrotechnical Engineer, both responsible for the Asset Management project at Lushnja WSSC. During their visit the project team delivered training on the use of the EDAMS Software for the Network Data Management, providing practical examples of data entry and creating libraries according to the needs of the Lushnja WSSC. In addition, the Project Team together with the professional staff of the utility drafted a work plan including all the necessary steps to further progress with the project. This plan includes field visits to verify the data and further data collection.<\/p>\n

The second field visit was conducted at Kamez WSSC on 27th<\/sup> July 2020. The project team met with Sokol Rambi, Technical Director, Qani Plaku, Hydrotechnical Engineer, and Eni Pellumbi, Project Coordinator. The aim of the visit was to identify the data of the water supply network from the current projects of the utility. A substantial part of the water supply network information was provided by the utility staff in AutoCAD and pdf format. After this visit the utility staff will continue with the data collection and will submit it to SHUKALB project team for further processing of the data into EDAMS software.<\/p>\n

The other three field visits were organized during 28th<\/sup> and 29th<\/sup> July at the WSSC of Pogradec, Maliq and Korca.<\/p>\n

At the Water Utility of Pogradec the project team was received by Albert Tavanxhiu, Technical Director, Valjona Saro, Project Coordinator, and Fatjon Pilinci, IT Engineer. The utility staff attended the training on the use of EDAMS Software working on the existing data of the water supply network of Pogradec. In addition, it was discussed on the advantages of the orthophotos and the possible options to obtain them, as well as the plan to continue with data collection and the verification of the data captured.<\/p>\n

The visit continued to Maliq WSSC where the project team met with Fatjon Braimllari, IT Engineer and other utility personel that are involved in the project. The aim of the visit was the installation of the EDAMS Software and to start working with the available data of the water supply network of Maliq area. Also, part of the agenda was to draft a work plan regarding the collection of data in the field and their entry into the Software, as well as to provide some guidelines on data collection.<\/p>\n

The last filed visit was in Korca WSSC. The staff of the utility organized a meeting with the project team and part of it was Elia Pendavinji, Commercial Director, Ediola Osman, Public Relations, Ilir Papa, Chief Engineer, Niko Shumka, IT Engineer and Mario Grabocka, Environmental Engineer. The aim of the visit was to provide an overall presentation of the program and the steps to be followed in order to further progress with the implementation. As part of the field visit, the Project Team delivered training to the technical staff of Korca WSSC on the use of EDAMS software, using data from the utility\u2019s network. In addition, it was discussed on the data collection and the improvement of the existing data generated in the system.<\/p>\n
