Q\u00eb prej muajit korrik 2020, z. Shk\u00eblqim Leskaj \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtori i ri i Shoq\u00ebris\u00eb Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime Vlor\u00eb (UK Vlor\u00eb). Z. Leskaj vjen nga bota e biznesit, teksa n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb ka menaxhuar nj\u00eb kompani t\u00eb njohur n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e nd\u00ebrtimit q\u00eb prej vitit 2006, ndaj e shikon si nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb personale drejtimin dhe transformimin e UK Vlor\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Z. Leskaj ka mbaruar Fakultetin Ekonomik n\u00eb Programin e Studimit: Administrim Biznes, Dega Marketing n\u00eb Universitetin e Vlor\u00ebs. \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d, n\u00eb vitet 2003-2007. M\u00eb pas ka p\u00ebrfunduar si deg\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, Fakulteti Juridik, titulluar Jurist me Diplom\u00eb t\u00eb Integruar e Nivelit t\u00eb Dyt\u00eb, Dega Drejt\u00ebsi, po n\u00eb Universitetin e Vlor\u00ebs, \u201cIsmail Qemali\u201d, n\u00eb vitet 2005-2009. Z. Leskaj njihet p\u00ebr aft\u00ebsi t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb grup, por ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontributin e tij si biznesmen duke mb\u00ebshtetur shum\u00eb zhvillime t\u00eb ndryshme n\u00eb qytet, sociale, ekonomike, por duke ndihmuar edhe shtresa n\u00eb nevoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Prioriteti kryesor i drejtorit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb UK Vlor\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimi ndaj konsumator\u00ebve familjar\u00eb dhe privat\u00eb, duke u krijiuar t\u00eb gjith\u00eb aksesin e nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb der\u00eb t\u00eb hapur dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb adresuar e zgjidhur problemet e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr drejtori Shk\u00eblqim Leskaj, zhvillon pritje me qytetar\u00ebt \u00e7do t\u00eb premte nga ora 12:00 deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 15:00, duke respektuar \u00e7do mas\u00eb kund\u00ebr Covid 19. Prior to assuming the position, Mr. Leskaj has managed his own well known construction company in Vlora, since 2006.\u00a0 With this successful experience from the private sector, Mr. Leskaj considers the management and transformation of Vlora WSS as a personal challenge.<\/p>\n

Mr. Leskaj holds a degree in Business Administration, specialized in Marketing, from the University of Vlora “Ismail Qemali”, graduated in 2007. \u00a0In 2009, he received an Integrated Diploma of the Second Level as Lawyer, also from the University of Vlora, “Ismail Qemali\u201d.<\/p>\n

Mr. Leskaj is known for his teamwork spirit and as a businessman he has continuously contributed to the community of Vlora, in support of various developments in the city of Vlora, of social and economic nature, as well as helping vulnerable people.<\/p>\n

The main priority of the new director is to serve to residential and commercial customers, enabling them with the access to address and solve their issues. In this regard, the director Shkelqim Leskaj holds receptions with the citizens every Friday from 12:00 to 15:00 o\u2019clock, taking also the necessary measures against Covid 19. There are two telephone numbers available for the customers to address their issues, along with the company\u2019s official website and Facebook page.<\/p>\n

Formalizing service contract agreements with all customers and increasing the level of collection will be another challenge of this task. Increase of collection rate up to 60%, reorganization of every structure of the utility by positioning every employee as per their skills, are the short-term objectives to be met until end of this year. At the beginning of his work, the monthly collection rate was 46% and collections from arrears at 10%. Under the leadership of Mr. Leskaj, recently the Vlora WSSC launched a campaign where every private entity is being notified, particularly the hotels, regarding their dues to the company.<\/p>\n

For the winter and rainy season, the company has taken all necessary measures for the cleaning of the high gradient channels, as well as the sewerage network. In addition, strong lobbying to attract as much investments as possible will be another challenge for Mr. Leskaj as the newly appointed Director of Vlora WSSC.<\/p>\n
