Q\u00ebllimi i trajnimit ishte njohja e stafit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive UK mbi metodologjin\u00eb e Sistemit Baz\u00eb t\u00eb Menaxhimit t\u00eb Mir\u00ebmbajtjes.<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u ndoq nga p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues nga 12 shoq\u00ebri UK n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, Enti Rregullator i Ujit (ERRU), GIZ \u2013 Fondi i Hapur Rajonal, Kompania Hydro-Comp nga Qipro dhe Shoqata Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs Kanalizime e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (SHUKALB).<\/p>\n

Trajnimi u mbajt nga Znj. Maria Christodoulou nga Kompania Hydro-Comp Enterprise, p\u00ebrmes Platform\u00ebs Microsoft Teams.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb dy dit\u00ebve t\u00eb trajnimit, pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit ishin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb praktikonin dhe t\u00eb punonin me Programin EDAMS dhe t\u00eb njiheshin me sistemin e menaxhimit t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes dhe aktivitetet e tij operacionale. Gjithashtu, pjes\u00eb e axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb trajnimit ishte regjistrimi i nj\u00eb problemi qe ndodh, l\u00ebshimi, krijimi dhe plot\u00ebsimi nj\u00eb urdhri pune si dhe regjistrimi i nj\u00eb ankese klienti.<\/p>\n

Pyetje dhe diskutime u adresuan gjat\u00eb trajnimit, dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsit kishin mund\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ndanin eksperincat e tyre. On 15 and 16 October 2020, SHUKALB organized an online training for the water utilities that are participating in the second level of the \u201cAsset Management in Water Supply and Sewerage Utilities of Albania\u201d<\/em> project. The aim of the training was to introduce the water utilities staff to the Basic Maintenance Management System methodology.<\/p>\n

The workshop was attended by the representative from 12 water utilities in Albania, National Water Regulator (ERRU), GIZ Deutsche Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Internationale Zusammenarbeit, Hydro-Comp Enterprises from Cyprus and SHUKALB.<\/p>\n

The training was delivered by Ms. Maria Christodoulou from Hydro-Comp Enterprise, via Microsoft Teams Platform.<\/p>\n

During the two days of the training, the participants were able to practice and work with EDAMS Software and getting familiar with the maintenance management system and its operational activities. Part of the training agenda was to log a known problem, issue, create and complete a work order and log a customer complaint.<\/p>\n

Questions and discussions were addressed during the training, and participants had the possibility to share their experiences. In addition, it was presented a brief overview on the upcoming activities of the project.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
