The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB), has received financing for a Grant titled \u201cDelivering Capacity Development Products for Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities in Albania\u201d in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE commissioned from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), and it is administratively embedded in the GIZ Project \u201cOpen Regional Fund for Southeast Europe – Modernization of Municipal Services (ORF MMS)\u201d.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of moderators for the delivery of the Peer Exchanges on \u201cSuccessful Infrastructure Waste Water Collection and Treatment Projects\u201d, consisting of two peer exchange events, a 1-day event for a successful WWCT Project in Albania and 1-day event for a successful WWCT Project in Kosovo, delivered twice for 2 different groups. Under this assignment, the moderators will be contracted for the period from 25 November to 15 January, 2020 and the level of effort for moderators is estimated to be up to 10 working-days per each peer exchange. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference ToR document<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested experts with the required qualifications and work experience must submit a proposal, in the English language, please refer to the ToR<\/a> for more information.<\/p>\n
