The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania has received financing for a Grant titled \u201cDelivering Capacity Development Products for Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities in Albania\u201d in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB intends to apply part of the proceeds for the services of a local expert to develop two position papers on the following topics \u201cBetter integration of the capital investment projects capacity development measures for PUCs with the existing trainings and CD Programs offered by SHUKALB\u201d and the \u201cAsset Management (AM) – Business plans and financial models are based on realistic and updated asset registries and proper O&M business practices including re-valuation of the assets\u201d as well as support and moderate a stakeholder dialogue meeting for further dissemination of the advocacy topics pursued by SHUKALB. Under this assignment, the local experts will be contracted for the period from 08 December, 2020 and will complete the assignment on 30 January, 2021, and the level of effort is estimated to be up to 20 working-days. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference ToR document<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts, qualified individual consultants, to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, and must submit an Expression of Interest, along with the detailed consultant\u2019 CV, and a Financial Proposal (specifying the consultant daily fee in euro for the tasks specified in the ToR Document), to the below contacts.<\/p>\n
