Me dat\u00eb 11 N\u00ebntor 2020 u zhvillua mbledhja e 21-t\u00eb e Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme t\u00eb WAREG ku pika kryesore e rendit t\u00eb dit\u00ebs ishte zgjedhja e Bordit t\u00eb Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb P\u00ebrgjithshme n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me statutin e k\u00ebsaj shoqate.\u00a0 N\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim t\u00eb votimit nga t\u00eb gjitha shtetet an\u00ebtare, President i WAREG u rizgjodh Prof. Andrea Guerini, Komisioner n\u00eb Entin Rregullator Italian (ARERA) nd\u00ebrsa z. Ndri\u00e7im Shani, Kryetar i Entit Rregullator t\u00eb Ujit, Shqip\u00ebri (ERRU) u zgjodh si nj\u00eb nga Zv. President\u00ebt.<\/p>\n

Si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i nj\u00eb prej vendeve t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor, z. Ndri\u00e7im Shani, krahas vendit ton\u00eb, do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb nje z\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm pran\u00eb k\u00ebsaj shoqate n\u00eb trajtimin e problemeve rregullatore dhe ato t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb dhe n\u00eb rajon.<\/p>\n

Nj\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet k\u00ebsaj shoqate, Z. Shani do i kushtoj\u00eb p\u00ebrcjelljes pran\u00eb institucioneve kryesore t\u00eb Bashkimit Europian t\u00eb sfidave mjaft t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb po kalojn\u00eb vendet e rajonit n\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushje t\u00eb detyrimeve t\u00eb parashikuara n\u00eb Direktivat Europiane t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Pijsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb Uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb Ndotura, si nj\u00eb kusht paraprak p\u00ebr tu b\u00ebr\u00eb pjes\u00eb e Bashkimit Europian.<\/p>\n

The Water Regulatory Authority of Albania is a member of the Association of European Water Regulators (WAREG) which includes 33 Water Regulatory Authorities from 32 European countries (Belgium has 2 Regulators).<\/p>\n

On 11 November 2020, WAREG held its 21st<\/sup> meeting of the General Assembly where the main point of the agenda was the election of the General Assembly Board in compliance with the statute of this association.\u00a0 At the end of the voting process by all member states, the President of WAREG was re-elected Prof. Andrea Guerrini, Commissioner of Italian Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment (ARERA), while Mr. Ndri\u00e7im Shani, Chairman of the Water Regulatory Authority of Albania (WRA) was elected as one of the vice Presidents.<\/p>\n

As a representative of one of the Western Balkans countries, Mr. Shani, along with our country, will represent an important voice at this association in addressing regulatory problems and those of the water sector in our country and in the region.<\/p>\n

Through this representation in WAREG, Mr. Shani will pay special attention to conveying to the main institutions of the European Union the unique and important challenges that the countries of the region are facing in fulfilling the obligations provided in the European Water and Wastewater Directives, as a precondition to joining the European Union.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
