Granti \u00ebsht\u00eb autorizuar nga Ministria Federale Gjermane e Bashk\u00ebpunimit dhe Zhvillimit Ekonomik (BMZ), dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb administrativisht n\u00eb Projektin GIZ “Fondi i Hapur Rajonal p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn Juglindore – Modernizimi i Sh\u00ebrbimeve Komunale (ORF MMS)”. Projekti mb\u00ebshtetet dhe bashk\u00ebfinancohet gjithashtu nga \u00a0Shoqata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Kompanive t\u00eb Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Basenit t\u00eb Lumit t\u00eb Danubit (IAWD).<\/p>\n

N\u00eb zbatimin e k\u00ebtij projekti, SHUKALB do t\u00eb p\u00ebrdor\u00eb Programin ekzistues t\u00eb Partneritetit t\u00eb Danubit (D-Leap) Plani i Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Ujit dhe Menaxhimi i Krizave<\/a> (WSP & CM), i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rregulluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrballuar ndikimin e pandemis\u00eb COVID19.<\/p>\n

Planifikimi i Siguris\u00eb s\u00eb Ujit (WSP) u prezantua n\u00eb 2005 nga OBSH. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sistem teknik i menaxhimit t\u00eb risqeve i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr furnizuesit e ujit t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm por \u00ebsht\u00eb leht\u00ebsisht i zbatuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do sistem n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin keni nj\u00eb rrjedhje materiale dhe rreziqe t\u00eb pranishme. WSP \u00ebsht\u00eb referuar shum\u00eb n\u00eb Norm\u00ebn Evropiane EN 15975-21 dhe n\u00eb Udh\u00ebzimin e ardhsh\u00ebm Evropian t\u00eb Ujit t\u00eb Pijsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n

Menaxhimi i Krizave (CM) \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb metodologji e provuar e p\u00ebrgatitjes s\u00eb organizatave p\u00ebr incidente t\u00eb m\u00ebdha me efekte potencialisht negative n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr vet\u00eb organizat\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb e gjer\u00eb. N\u00eb sektorin e ujit, kjo p\u00ebrcaktohet n\u00eb Norm\u00ebn Evropiane EN-15975-12, bazuar n\u00eb paraardh\u00ebsin e tij 1 EN 15975-2 Siguria e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb t\u00eb Pijsh\u00ebm – Udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr Menaxhimin e Riskut dhe Krizave – Pjesa 2: Menaxhimi i Riskut 2 EN 15975- 1 Siguria e furnizimit me uj\u00eb t\u00eb pijsh\u00ebm – Udh\u00ebzime p\u00ebr menaxhimin e riskut dhe kriz\u00ebs – Pjesa 1: Menaxhimi i kriz\u00ebs Siguria e ujit dhe menaxhimi i kriz\u00ebs: Domosdoshm\u00ebria e vazhdim\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb biznesit p\u00ebr menaxhimin e riskut nga katastrofa 2 Udh\u00ebzimi DVGW W 10023 dhe baza FwDV 1004. Ai p\u00ebrmir\u00ebson ndjesh\u00ebm q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb ndaj ngarjeve t\u00eb parashikueshme dhe t\u00eb paparashikueshme duke i mund\u00ebsuar nj\u00eb organizate t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe veproj\u00eb shpejt n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb koherente n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrndryshe ka shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjar\u00eb ta mbingarkoj\u00eb at\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr kohe.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB tashm\u00eb ka filluar zbatimin e Projektit, dhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt n\u00eb vijim do t\u00eb organizoj\u00eb Trajnimin e Trainer\u00ebve, p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgatitjen e ekspert\u00ebve vendas t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb angazhohen m\u00eb tej me zbatimin e Projektit. SHUKALB fton tani t\u00eb gjitha shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb interesuara t\u00eb shprehin interesin e tyre dhe t’i bashkohen Projektit. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb faz\u00eb, Projekti synon t\u00eb ofroj\u00eb asistenc\u00eb p\u00ebr jo m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 10 shoq\u00ebri, prandaj nxitoni dhe d\u00ebrgoni shprehjen tuaj t\u00eb interesit n\u00eb adres\u00ebn[:en]\"\"<\/a>In line with its efforts to provide support to its member water utilities in facing the COVID-19 pandemic, SHUKALB has received financing for a Project Grant titled \u201cORF MMS \u2013 Providing Support to Municipalities and Public Utilities Managing the Covid-19 Crisis in Albania\u201d. The grant is commissioned from the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), and is administratively embedded in the GIZ Project \u201cOpen Regional Fund for Southeast Europe – Modernization of Municipal Services (ORF MMS)\u201d. The Project is also supported and coo financed by the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).<\/p>\n

In implementing this Project, SHUKALB will be using the existing Danube Learning Partnership (D-Leap) Water Safety Plan and Crisis Management (WSP&CM) Program<\/a>, which has been adjusted for coping with the influence of the COVID19 pandemic.<\/p>\n

Water Safety Planning (WSP) was introduced in 2005 by the WHO. It is a technical risk management system specifically suited to drinking water suppliers but is easily applicable to any system in which you have a material flow and hazards \/ risks present. WSP is heavily referenced to in the European Norm EN 15975-21 and in the upcoming European Drinking Water Guideline.<\/p>\n

Crisis Management (CM) is a tried-and-proven methodology of preparing organizations for major incidents with potentially large-scale negative effects for the organization itself and the wider society. In the water sector, this is laid out in the European Norm EN-15975-12, based on its predecessor 1 EN 15975-2 Security of Drinking Water Supply \u2013 Guidelines for Risk and Crisis Management \u2013 Part 2: Risk Management 2 EN 15975-1 Security of Drinking Water Supply \u2013 Guidelines for Risk and Crisis Management \u2013 Part 1: Crisis Management Water Safety and Crisis Management: Business Continuity Essentials for Disaster Risk Management 2 DVGW Guideline W 10023 and the fundamental FwDV 1004. It significantly improves resilience against foreseeable and unforeseeable events by enabling an organization to quickly assess and act coherently in a situation that would otherwise most likely be overwhelm it in a short period of time.<\/p>\n

SHUKALB has already started the implementation of the Project, and in the following days will be organizing the Training of Trainers, for preparing local experts who will be further engaged with the implementation of the Project.\u00a0 SHUKALB invites now all the interested water and sewerage utilities in Albania to express their interest and join the Project.
