Photo Credit SHUKALB <\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>During January 2021, the staff of SHUKALB participated at two online trainings as parts of a series of four webinars aiming to assist the Associations of Public Utility Companies (APUCs) in Project Proposal Development.
