Nd\u00ebrsa u p\u00ebrball\u00ebm me nj\u00eb vit mjaft sfidues me pandemin\u00eb COVID-19, ne u detyruam t\u00eb ndryshonim gjithashtu metodologjin\u00eb e pun\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gjenim mekanizmat e duhur p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar p\u00ebrpara dhe duke mos b\u00ebr\u00eb kompromis n\u00eb lidhje me produktivitetin dhe efikasitetin e projektit. Nga trajnimet ball\u00eb p\u00ebr ball\u00eb dhe aktivitetet e tjera t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb mbledhje t\u00eb grupeve, ne kaluam n\u00eb aktivitete virtuale dhe online. T\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt, si grupi i ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit nga SHUKALB, dhe stafi p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs i projektit nga Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK, u adaptuan shpejt me k\u00ebt\u00eb realitet t\u00eb ri, dhe e menaxhuan t\u00eb vazhdonin pun\u00ebn dhe progresonin me tej me projektin.<\/p>\n

Gjat\u00eb vitit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb projektit, ishin 19 Shoq\u00ebri UK pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebse, nga ku 7 prej tyre n\u00eb Faz\u00ebn e Argjendt\u00eb, q\u00eb punuan me regjistrimin e aseteve dhe menaxhimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb rrjet, dhe 12 Shoq\u00ebri UK n\u00eb Faz\u00ebn e Art\u00eb, q\u00eb punuan n\u00eb menaxhimin e mir\u00ebmbajtjes. Gjithsej, aktivitetet dhe asistenca teknike e dh\u00ebn\u00eb u bazuan n\u00eb 3 workshope, 2 trajnime teknike n\u00eb grupe, 11 trajnime specifike me secil\u00ebn Shoq\u00ebri UK dhe 23 vizita n\u00eb terren. Nj\u00eb fokus kryesor iu dha k\u00ebtyre vizitave n\u00eb terren pran\u00eb zyrat t\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive UK, e cila rezultoi t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb qasje shum\u00eb produktive. Gjat\u00eb vizitave n\u00eb terren grupi i ekspert\u00ebve t\u00eb projektit pran\u00eb SHUKALB ofroi trajnime teknike direkte p\u00ebr stafin e shoq\u00ebrive, dhe s\u00eb bashku me ta punuan intesivisht n\u00eb verifikimi i t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave n\u00eb terren dhe p\u00ebr aspekte t\u00eb tjera praktike t\u00eb programit.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket specifikisht progresit, Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK n\u00eb Faz\u00ebn e Art\u00eb si Gramsh, Berat-Kucov\u00eb, C\u00ebrrik, Shkod\u00ebr dhe Himar\u00eb kan\u00eb p\u00ebrparuar dhe kan\u00eb nj\u00eb llogari n\u00eb programin EDAMS MMS me t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat teknike dhe financiare t\u00eb disponueshme t\u00eb regjistruara n\u00eb system, duke kryer regjistrimin e ankesave dhe defekteve n\u00eb rrjet, printojn\u00eb karta pune dhe regjistrojn\u00eb n\u00eb vazhdim\u00ebsi materialet dhe pajisjet q\u00eb p\u00ebrdorin. Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK si Elbasan, Kor\u00e7\u00eb, Peqin, Kavaj\u00eb, Vlor\u00eb, Sarand\u00eb, P\u00ebrmet, po punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr plot\u00ebsimin e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave p\u00ebr t\u00eb filluar me procedurat e menaxhimit t\u00eb mir\u00ebmbajtjes. Gjithashtu, Shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb UK Gjirokast\u00ebr dhe Maliq tashm\u00eb kan\u00eb regjistruar n\u00eb programin EDAMS rrjetin e furnizimit me uj\u00eb p\u00ebr zon\u00ebn urbane dhe po punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr mbledhjen e t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave edhe p\u00ebr zonat rurale. Nd\u00ebrsa Shoq\u00ebria UK Kruj\u00eb dhe Kuk\u00ebs, po punojn\u00eb p\u00ebr dixhitalizimin e rrjetit, gjeoreferencimin n\u00eb AutoCAD, si dhe me plot\u00ebsimin me t\u00eb dh\u00ebna n\u00eb programin EDAMS p\u00ebr disa zona urbane.<\/p>\n

Nd\u00ebrsa ky vit i projektit mbyllet n\u00eb fund t\u00eb muajit Prill 2021, ne jemi gati t\u00eb fillojm\u00eb nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vit t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm, duke prezantuar gjithashtu, p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb dhe faz\u00ebn e tret\u00eb t\u00eb projektit, Faza Platinum, p\u00ebr ato Shoq\u00ebri UK t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb avancuar dhe progresuar me dy fazat e para. As we faced a very challenging last year with the COVID-19 pandemic, we were compelled to change also the methodology of the work and to find the right mechanisms to continue forward without compromising the project productivity and efficiency. From the face to face trainings and other activities based on group gathering, we switched into virtual and online activities. Both the project team of experts at SHUKALB and the responsible staff of the project from the water utilities, adapted quickly to this new reality, and managed to continue the work and progress on the project.<\/p>\n

During the second year of the Project, there were 19 water utilities participating, with 7 of them in the Silver Level, working on asset registry and network data management, and 12 water utilities in the Gold Level, working on maintenance management.\u00a0 In overall, the major activities and technical assistance provided during this second year of the Project consisted on 3 workshops, 2 technical group trainings, 11 specific trainings with individual utilities, and 23 field visits. A major focus was given to the field visits at water utility premises, which resulted to be a very productive approach. During the field visits, the SHUKALB Project team provided direct technical training to the staff of water utilities, and together with the utility staff they worked intensely on data verification and other practical aspects of the program.<\/p>\n

As to the specific progress, the water utilities in Gold Level such as Gramsh, Berat-Kucove, Cerrik, Shkoder and Himare have made significant progres and have already an account on EDAMS MMS software with all the available technical and financial data registered in the system, performing the registration of complains and defects in the network, printing job cards, and continually registering used materials and equipment. The water utilities of Elbasan, Korca, Peqin, Kavaje, Vlore, Sarande, Permet, are working on completing the data to start with the maintenance management procedures. Regarding the water utilities in the Silver Level, Pogradec, Lushnje and Kamez water utilities have already registered all the available data assets and are currently working on data verification and population the assets with attributes in EDAMS software. Also, water utilities of Gjirokaster and Maliq have already registered in EDAMS the water supply network for the urban area and are working on data collection and progressing with the rural areas as well. As for the water utilities of Kruja and Kukes, they are working on the digitalization of the network, georeferencing in AutoCAD and populating with attributes in EDAMS software for some of their urban areas.<\/p>\n

As the second phase of the project closes by the end of April 2021, we are ready to start another successful year in May 2021, launching also for the first time the third level of the project, the Platinum Level, for those water utilities which have progressed and advanced with the first two levels. The Platinum Level will be based on modules that will include commercial data management, distribution\/NRW management, water quality management, rehabilitation planning, and infrastructure planning. As for the water utilities which have completed the first phase, Silver Level, they will be ready to advance into the Gold Level.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, SHUKALB is pleased to have worked in this Project with many talented and dedicated young professionals who are assigned to be in charge of the project within their respective water utilities, and who have been working with a sense of responsibility and commitment for all this time. Some of them have shared with us a testimony of their experience with the project, both from their personal professional perspective, as well as from the perspective of benefits it provides to their water utility.<\/p>\n
