The training was delivered by Belina Belortaja, GIS Data Analysis Consultant and Elton Hasanaj, EDAMS System Engineer, both experts of the project.<\/p>\n<p>During the two days of the training the participants were introduced to the EDAMS system in Maintenance Management and were able to practice and work with it. They created and completed a work order and log a customer complaint.
