Another important aspect is the engagement of the developing countries and young water professionals, and the promotion of the regional initiatives.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 115%; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #1d1d1d;\">Arbana Kola has over 10 years of professional experience in the water sector in Albania, out of which for 8 years she has been working for SHUKALB, holding different key positions in SHUKALB\u2019s activities and Projects, and contributing significantly to the impact of SHUKALB in the development of the water sector in Albania. Currently, since March 2019, Arbana is serving as Project Manager for the Integrated Asset Management (IAM) Project, which is being implemented by SHUKALB.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 115%; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; margin: 0in 0in 11.25pt 0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; color: #1d1d1d;\">\u201cThroughout all this time of implementing the IAM Project, I have seen asset management as a key component for the water utilities, and at the same time, a very challenging one. I strongly believe that it is essential for the water utilities to invest in building staff capacities and introducing state-of-art solutions.
