{"id":4629,"date":"2021-12-30T14:21:36","date_gmt":"2021-12-30T14:21:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/?p=4629"},"modified":"2022-11-24T18:35:44","modified_gmt":"2022-11-24T17:35:44","slug":"shukalb-organizon-workshopin-e-fundvitit-te-projektit-sherbime-keshillimore-per-menaxhimin-e-aseteve-per-shoqerite-ujesjelles-kanalizime-ne-evropen-jug-lindore","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/?p=4629&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"SHUKALB Organizes the End of the Year Workshop of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South East Europe\u201d Project"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4621\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4621\" style=\"width: 1596px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/IAM-dhjetor-2021.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4621\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/IAM-dhjetor-2021.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1596\" height=\"765\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4621\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>Participants at the End of the Year Workshop of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South East Europe\u201d Project<\/em><br \/><em>Photo Credit: SHUKALB<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On 17<sup>th<\/sup> December 2021, SHUKALB in collaboration with SHUKOS (the Water and Wastewater Works Association of Kosovo) organized the End of the Year Workshop of the \u201cAsset Management Advisory Services to Water Utilities in South East Europe\u201d Project. \u00a0The workshop was organized online through MS Teams Platform, and it was attended by managers and staff from the water utilities from Albania and Kosovo, representatives from central and local government institutions from both Albania and Kosovo, as well as donors.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the workshop was to present the progress of the project during 2021, and inform about the activities that will take place in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>The workshop was jointly organized by SHUKALB and SHUKOS, with the support of Deutsche Gesellchaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Hydro-Comp Enterprise HCE in Cyprus, and the International Association of Water Utilities in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD).<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB has continued the implementation of the third year of the Project with the participation of 18 water utilities.\u00a0 Ten (10) water utilities out of 18 have already passed in the Platinum Level and soon is expected to start with the activities.\u00a0 Seven (7) water utilities have been part in the Gold Level and have started with data collection and elaboration in order to apply the maintenance management procedures.
