The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania (SHUKALB) has received financing for a Grant titled \u201cDelivering and Enabling the Environment for Regional Capacity Development Products in the Water Sector in Albania\u201d in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE.<\/p>\n

In the framework of SHUKALB developing its organizational capabilities will implement two priority measures specifically, (1) Developing a system of regular practices to be used by SHUKALB for monitoring and assessing systematically the donors\/IFIs strategies with regards to the water sector in Albania; (2) Developing a Funding Strategy for SHUKALB. Under this assignment, the local expert will be contracted for the period from 22 February, 2022 and will complete the assignment 30 April, 2022, and the level of effort is estimated to be up to 20 working-days. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference (ToR)<\/a> document.<\/p>\n

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible experts, qualified individual consultants, to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, and must submit an Expression of Interest, along with the detailed consultant\u2019 CV, and a Financial Proposal (specifying the consultant daily fee in euro for the tasks specified in the ToR<\/a> document), to the below contacts.<\/p>\n

Expressions of interest must be delivered electronically to the e-mail addresses below. The deadline is extended to \u00a011 March, 2022<\/strong><\/span>.<\/p>\n
