The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania has received financing for a Grant titled \u201cDelivering Capacity Development Products for Water Supply and Sanitation Utilities in Albania\u201d in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE and intends to apply part of the proceeds for technical services.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the grant first objective, in order to strengthen organizational capacities and facilitate more effective customer services and relationship management, SHUKALB is seeking to contract a local IT Company for the for the upgrading of its websites (www.shukalb.al<\/a>; https:\/\/balkansjointconference.org<\/a>), including the graphic representation and organization of content and knowledge, and interface with CRM. Other improvements expected are the integration with other partner organization websites and social media. Under this assignment, the local IT Company will be contracted for the period from 15 June, 2022 and will complete the assignment 29 August, 2022<\/strong>. More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference ToR<\/strong> document<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The Water Supply and Sewerage Association of Albania now invites eligible local IT companies to send proposals in providing their services. Interested companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services, and must submit general information indicating experience in similar assignments, along with the implementation work plan and pricing\/cost proposal. Detailed information on the proposal documents to be provided and the selection criteria are found in the attached ToR<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n
