Mirela Miti, Lecturer, Faculty of Economy, University of Tirana and was attended by managers and specialists of the financial department of Water Supply and Sewerage Companies Malesi e Madhe, Shkoder, Durres, Peqin and Berat-Ku\u00e7ove.<\/p>\n<p>The training course was particularly important to water utilities at this moment, as March is the month when utilities submit their fiscal balance sheets to the General Directory of Taxes.<\/p>\n<p>The training course addressed various issues related to the whole set of financial statements and the information that each of them carries, rules for the implementation of accounting policies, accounts receivable, bad debt, deferred tax, provisions, contingent assets and the cost of capital. The trainer Prof. Assoc.
