{"id":4921,"date":"2022-07-08T12:26:11","date_gmt":"2022-07-08T12:26:11","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/?p=4921"},"modified":"2022-11-25T13:29:12","modified_gmt":"2022-11-25T12:29:12","slug":"krijohen-3-shoqerite-e-para-rajonale-ujesjelles-kanalizime-ne-kuader-te-reformes-ne-sektor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/?p=4921&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"The First 3 Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Companies Established in the Framework of the New Reform in the Sector"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_4933\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-4933\" style=\"width: 1017px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/MIE-3-Shoqerite-Rajonale.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-4933\" src=\"http:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/MIE-3-Shoqerite-Rajonale.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1017\" height=\"474\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-4933\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em>During the meeting organized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy and AKUM in the framework of the establishment of the first three Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Companies<\/em><br \/><em>Photo Credit: Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy of Albania<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>On 28 June 2022, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy completed the establishment of the first three Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Companies, in accordance with the latest Decision of the Council of Ministers (DCM) no. 302, dated 11.5.2022 &#8220;On national policies for the reorganization of the water supply sector and the disposal, treatment and processing of wastewater&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The first three new regional companies are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Durres Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company, which will serve the municipalities of Durres, Kruje, Kavaje, Rrogozhine and Shijak<\/li>\n<li>Kor\u00e7a Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company, which will serve the municipalities of Kor\u00e7a, Devoll, Maliq, Kolonje and Pustec<\/li>\n<li>Pogradec Regional Water Supply and Sewerage Company, which will serve the municipalities of Pogradec and Prrenjas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently, the three new companies have completed the process of signing the standard agreements for the establishment of the new regional companies, called entities with joint competences on water and sewerage services (SKP-UK), as stated in the DCM. The new companies have already organized the special structure for the registration of water resources, the unification of the billing system, the financial system, and the drafting of a new Business Plan.
