Gjat\u00eb Seminarit, ekspert\u00eb t\u00eb fush\u00ebs s\u00eb certifikimit n\u00eb sektorin e ujit, diskutuan mbi vlerat e Programeve t\u00eb Certifikimit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt p\u00ebrshkruan zhvillimin dhe statusin aktual t\u00eb programave t\u00eb tilla n\u00eb SHBA, Austri, Gjermani, si dhe n\u00eb Jordani dhe vendet e Lig\u00ebs Arabe.<\/p>\n

I ftuar special n\u00eb seminar ishte Z. Paul Bishop, Drejtor Ekzekutiv i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Bordeve t\u00eb Certifikimit, n\u00eb Shtetet e Bashkuara t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, i cili prezantoi qasjen e SHBA-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Programet e Certifikimit dhe r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtyre programeve. Fol\u00ebs t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb seminar ishin Dr. Ahmad Azzam, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shoq\u00ebrive Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs t\u00eb Vendeve Arabe (ACWUA), Znj. Anna Pommasl, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Gazit dhe Ujit n\u00eb Austri dhe Z. Pirro Cenko, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues i GIZ Albania, i cili ndau me t\u00eb pranishmit qasjen Gjermane p\u00ebr Programet e Certifikimit. \"7\"<\/strong>In the framework of the Joint Balkans Conference and Exhibition, held on November 4-6 in Prishtina, Kosovo, SHUKALB, in collaboration with the International Association of Water Supply Companies in the Danube River Catchment Area (IAWD) organized a Pre- Conference Workshop on the theme \u201cEstablishing Certification Programs for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Sewerage Sector \u2013 A Pathway to Professional Management and Improved Performance<\/em>\u201d. The objective of the workshop was to build awareness and knowledge on the types of Certification Programs that exist in developed and developing countries, and to plant the seeds for a Western Balkans Regional Certification Program as a Pathway to Excellence in Performance in the water sector.<\/p>\n

During the Workshop, the value of Certification Programs was discussed by experts in the field of water sector certification, who described the evolution and current status of such programs in the USA, Austria, and Germany, as well as Jordan and the countries of the Arab League.<\/p>\n

A special guest of the workshop was Mr. Paul Bishop, Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Boards of Certification, in United States of America, who had the opportunity to present the USA approach to Operator Certification and the importance of such programs. Other speakers included Mr. Ahmad al Azzam, from the Arab Countries Water Utilities Association (ACWUA), Ms. Anna Pommasl from the Austrian Water and Gas Association (OVGW), and Mr. Pirro Cenko, from GIZ Albania who shared the German approach. The workshop participants, who came from Montenegro, Kosovo, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, as well as Albania, had a lively discussion with the presenters, and emphasized the need for such programs in the region as an important step toward guaranteeing professionalism in the delivery of water supply and wastewater services.[:]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
