This year, in the context of the regionalization of water supply and sewerage services, SHUKALB is implementing another methodology in order to identify the needs of water utility companies for the development of professional skills of their employees at every level.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the survey for the assessment of training needs, the results of which will be analyzed, we will conduct a virtual meeting with the responsible person\/s in each water utility company to discuss and verify the companies&#8217; data.
