Investimet po kryhen kryesisht n\u00eb zonat m\u00eb problematike q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsim t\u00eb infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00ebra prej k\u00ebtyre zonave, \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur fshati Ho\u00e7isht n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb Devoll.
