EFRWS23 mbi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet Rregullatore t\u00eb Sh\u00ebrbimeve t\u00eb Ujit u fokusua n\u00eb legjislacionin evropian n\u00eb zhvillim p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur objektivat e marr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb gjelb\u00ebr t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb. Implikimet ekonomike dhe sociale n\u00eb sektorin e ujit, neutraliteti i klim\u00ebs dhe q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebria ndaj ujit kan\u00eb qen\u00eb n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb diskutimit me Rregullator\u00ebt Evropian\u00eb t\u00eb Ujit, institucionet e BE-s\u00eb dhe pal\u00ebt e interesit.<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB u p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsua n\u00eb forum nga Elisabeta Po\u00e7i, Drejtore Ekzekutive, e cila ishte ftuar si fol\u00ebse n\u00eb Panelin 3: Drejt q\u00ebndrueshm\u00ebris\u00eb ndaj ujit n\u00eb BE dhe vendet fqinje. Znj. Po\u00e7i prezantoi nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb situat\u00ebs n\u00eb sektorin e ujit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, statusin e reform\u00ebs s\u00eb re t\u00eb agregimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime si dhe disa nga \u00e7\u00ebshtjet urgjente t\u00eb sektorit t\u00eb ujit, si uji pa t\u00eb ardhura, efi\u00e7enca e energjis\u00eb, menaxhimi i uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura dhe llumit. Gjithashtu, ajo prezantoi p\u00ebrpjekjet dhe rolin ky\u00e7 t\u00eb SHUKALB n\u00eb aft\u00ebsimin e njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb punojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sektor, p\u00ebrmes programeve t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb kapaciteteve dhe kurseve t\u00eb trajnimit, si dhe angazhimit n\u00eb disa nisma dhe bashk\u00ebpunime rajonale.<\/p>\n<p>Programi i EFRWS23 p\u00ebrfshinte dy panele t\u00eb tjera diskutimi: Paneli 1: Direktiva e re e BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr uj\u00ebrat e ndotura: Ndikimet mbi klient\u00ebt dhe industrin\u00eb; dhe Paneli 2: Vizioni i BE-s\u00eb p\u00ebr Neutralitetin Klimatik dhe Lidhja Uji-Energji.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, n\u00eb EFRWS23 mori pjes\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb delegacion nga Enti Rregullator i Ujit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (ERRU).
