Organized within the framework of the Regional Capacity Development Network for Water and Sanitation Services (RCDN+), the meeting aimed to significantly enhance the quality of Capacity Development (CD) services within the Water and Sanitation Services (WSS) Sector, focusing particularly on the introduction and deliberation of enhanced Quality Standards (QSs) templates for Training Delivery.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting was structured around the following specific learning outcomes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Improved Quality Standards (QSs) Templates:<\/strong> Participants engaged in discussions around refined QSs templates for Training Delivery, using these templates as a foundational framework to collectively refine and adapt where necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Alignment of Joint\/Regional QSs Templates<\/strong>: The core discussions were focused on aligning joint\/regional QSs templates, leveraging practical insights from their implementation within national associations. The objective was to assimilate these insights to enhance the overall effectiveness of the templates.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Operational Plan for 2024<\/strong>: Central to the discussions was securing consensus on the Operational Plan for the next two years, outlining strategic pathways and targets for collaborative action.<\/p>\n<p>Represented at the meeting was the training manager of SHUKALB, Jonida Ahmeti, who contributed valuable insights by sharing the association&#8217;s experiences in delivering CD programs. SHUKALB is dedicated to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of Capacity Development (CD) services in the Water and Sanitation Services (WSS) Sector in Albania, aiming to propel the sector toward excellence.
