Programi do t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb ciklin standard me tre seminare D-LeaP, i plot\u00ebsuar nga detyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtetje e vazhdueshme nga trajner\u00ebt. Ai p\u00ebrfshin ngjarje fillestare dhe t\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjetme p\u00ebr Zhvillimin e Kapacitetit (ZHK) t\u00eb dizajnuara ve\u00e7mas p\u00ebr secilin grup t\u00eb synuar\u2014sesione trajnimi p\u00ebr menaxhimin e lart\u00eb dhe shk\u00ebmbime koleg\u00ebsh p\u00ebr vendimmarr\u00ebsit. Aktiviteti final \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shk\u00ebmbim i p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt i koleg\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy grupet p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhur kolektivisht rezultatet, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbyer njohuri dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb dakord p\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn p\u00ebrpara.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grupi i synuar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Vendimmarr\u00ebsit e shoq\u00ebrive komunale dhe UK (kryetar\u00eb komunash, k\u00ebshilltar\u00eb komunal\u00eb, drejtues t\u00eb departamenteve financiare, an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb bordeve mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebse); dhe drejtuesit e lart\u00eb (drejtuesit e departamentit t\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve komunale, drejtuesit e departamentit t\u00eb planifikimit dhe analiz\u00ebs, drejtuesit e departamentit t\u00eb zhvillimit, specialist\u00eb t\u00eb departamentit t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb dhe financave, drejtuesit e departamentit t\u00eb kontabilitetit, specialist\u00eb financiar\u00eb).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tarifa e pjes\u00ebmarrjes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ky program ka mb\u00ebshtetje financiare nga projekti D-LeaP dhe RCDN+, i cili mbulon kostot e trajner\u00ebve dhe kosto t\u00eb tjera direkte t\u00eb programit. Programi \u00ebsht\u00eb i kufizuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar prej 5 kompanish WSS nga 4 pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs.
