Direktiva e rishikuar p\u00ebr trajtimin e uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura urbane (UWWTD) do t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb lumenj, liqene, uj\u00ebra n\u00ebntok\u00ebsore dhe dete m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Evrop\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb posht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb lista e dispozitave t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshira n\u00eb direktiv\u00ebn e rishikuar (p\u00ebr krahasim referojuni direktiv\u00ebs s\u00eb m\u00ebparshmes <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/environment.ec.europa.eu\/system\/files\/2022-10\/Proposal%20for%20a%20Directive%20concerning%20urban%20wastewater%20treatment%20%28recast%29.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>UWWTD<\/strong><\/a><\/span>):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pragu prej 1000 popullsi ekuivalente (PE) p\u00ebr nenet 3 dhe 6, afati i fundit: 2035<\/li>\n<li>Pragu p\u00ebr 3T dhe 4T: 10.000 dhe 150.000 PE<\/li>\n<li>3T: 8 mgN\/l (80%) dhe 0,5 mgP\/l (90%) p\u00ebr &gt; 150.000 PE<\/li>\n<li>3T: 10 mgN\/l (80%) dhe 0,7 mgP\/l (87,5%) p\u00ebr agglo nd\u00ebrmjet 10.000 dhe 150.000 PE, afati i fundit 2039<\/li>\n<li>4T: Afati i fundit 2045<\/li>\n<li>P\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsia e Zgjeruar e Prodhuesit (EPR): t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 80% e kostove 4T t\u00eb mbuluara nga EPR (\u00e7do MS mund t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb deri n\u00eb 100%); 20 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb tjera duhet t\u00eb mbulohen nga fonde komb\u00ebtare Fokusimi n\u00eb farmaceutik\u00eb dhe produkte t\u00eb kujdesit personal me sisteme komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zbatim. Pajtueshm\u00ebria me Direktiv\u00ebn e rishikuar shihet tashm\u00eb si nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb nga vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb akoma m\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr vende si Shqip\u00ebria.
